I'm also going to introduce Rene, who is one of our clients, Renee, how you doing today?

Unknown:

I'm great Venice. Thanks.

Venice Sullivan:

Good to have you here. Thank you for coming in.

Unknown:

I'm happy to be here. Thanks.

Venice Sullivan:

So Rene, what I'd like to know from you is what brought you initially to Cereset. And how long ago was that? Well, initially

Unknown:

it was over a decade ago, I was curious, because I'd always known that I had some childhood trauma or early adult trauma that I wanted my brain to heal. I wanted to balance sleep and migraines and things like that. So I did my first session down in Emeryville, in the Bay Area, a series of 10 sessions. And the first thing that happened was my body began to unwind. And I knew that

Venice Sullivan:

body was able to unwind using Cereset and let your body change in a certain ways did it decrease pain for you?

Unknown:

It allowed me to feel more opening more possibility. And I noticed that my attitude also changed. After that, I began to experience a lot of stress in a situation that involved our family home, I was a victim of title fraud, and I had to be diligent and defend our home in an unknown environment. I noticed that it started to affect many areas of my life, and I needed support to focus

Venice Sullivan:

what I'm hearing you saying is you could have become a victim of this title fraud, and all of the stuff that went on with that, and the long term I understand legal battle, or Cereset, help you empower yourself to take on the battle and go forward in a positive way. Absolutely.

Unknown:

And not only that, there are people in my community who look to me, because I think they recognize I'm able to not only help them with some nuts and bolts about navigating the terrain of this. But I know that they look to me because there's a resilience that I can impart to them. So there's kind of there's support coaching. And I know that Cereset has helped my brain relax and heal

Venice Sullivan:

That is amazing. It's amazing. So folks, if you're hearing anything here that is resonating with you, whether it's you need greater inner strength, or focus, or you've got an ongoing battle going on, pick up your cell phone and give us a call, sleep issues, insomnia, depression, anger, pain, that you can't get rid of, on your mobile phone, dial, pound 250. and when prompted, say without that pain. Did you notice any of that?

Unknown:

Oh, absolutely. I think that I was surprised that I felt that much bodily relaxation. I actually was just stretching and unwinding. After my first session actually. I asked, Hey, can I go in the other room and just move. I also started to cry, which was unusual and unexpected. Which is why I think it went back to some early memories. I am fascinated with the brain. I have been for a long

Venice Sullivan:

beautiful. Again, folks, if you're hearing this, maybe for the first time you may have heard it before but something just resonated that Renee said for you. Pick up your cell phone give us a call lb 250 and when prompted say "Relax My Mind" If one of our team members will be chatting with you, yeah, and answering all of your questions, and you know, they can sometimes be tough

Unknown:

I know, I know I even since teen I have been having a not quiet mind going and doing and trying to Excel or solve a problem, starting with my family and then going on out and the quiet mind that I experienced after a whole series of sessions of Cereset was so necessary at that time, several years ago, because I knew that every decision I made specifically with defending our home and

Venice Sullivan:

is amazing. Because so many of us, like you say, are just scurrying and have to make that decision right now. And the ability to, to quiet, you know, I've talked to somebody and a number of years ago, and they were talking about the constant mind chatter. It's like, even when they were alone, the chatter was going on. So they weren't alone. And you know, after doing Cereset,

Unknown:

only tell you Venice, that what's coming to mind a scripture that says, Be still and know that I am God. There's a first part and that is to be still. And that happened for me. Mostly after my Cereset sessions was able to get that stillness. It's helped me. It's been the foundation since

Venice Sullivan:

and now it permeates from you. So yeah, not knowing you, of course before Cereset But that's who I totally perceive you being is that still quiet.

Unknown:

Place. Wow. Thanks.

Venice Sullivan:

So Renee, I am so pleased that Cereset has helped you a lot. Folks, we're here with Renee who's talking about how Cereset has helped her. I'm Venice Sullivan with Fair Oaks Cereset. And we're happy to bring this to the community where so many people need help. So if you are experiencing depression, anger, pain, sleep issues, insomnia, give us a call. Pick up your mobile phone,

Unknown:

right. Yeah. Currently, I work full time in home for my client, a man with quadriplegia. It's been a steep learning curve for me. But I'm also aware of how much the brain has to learn new things and adapt and stay calm. So I can be a caregiver, and still take care of myself. So it's been helping me with that recent job. However, back 20 years ago, I began helping my mother with early

Venice Sullivan:

Absolutely, absolutely. So going back to that grief piece. I know so many people who, you know, 2030 years later are still in that very, very raw place of grief. And I know y'all having lost my own parents many years ago that you know that it still bubbles up. But it doesn't run my life. And I see so many people that that grief still runs their lives. Tell me about how that

Unknown:

I think it used to really burden me to where I blocked it out and wasn't really in a place of peace, especially with my mom, she, she passed on when I was barely 40. And so, you know, with still children that I was raising, so that was a hard one. However, the way that I think my brain supports grief is I'm able to feel my grief, I'm able to notice it, I'm able to be with it. It doesn't

Venice Sullivan:

It's an amazing gift. Yeah.

Unknown:

I think if I have more time, I will write some more poems and write some more family stories that they've given me that some of my younger siblings had not heard firsthand, this kind of thing. So there's a way of storytelling, there's a way of seeing who they are, and celebrating because they really were very loving parents, even though there was, you know, so many things that I can

Venice Sullivan:

beautiful. Thank you. So if you are experiencing depression, anger, sleep issues, insomnia, pain, that you can't get rid of, give us a call. If there is information you would like to have, if you have questions, or are you going hey, I need Cereset In my life, pick up your mobile phone, dial pound 250. and when prompted, say "Relax My Mind". We have team members on standby right has happened with for some people, they do those five sessions. And that's all they do, and they go on about their life. For many of us who want more each session we do, it deepens that healing process. It's like anything, the more you do, the better you get at it. And so, as Renee was saying, she's done this off and on for 10 to 15 years, and it multiple different offices. So we do have well they've done. And it was interesting, I talked to a law enforcement officer a number of years ago, and he goes, we don't want to soften the guys up, they've got to stay tough. Well, it was interesting, because one of the studies that was done was on seals, the Navy SEALs, and they're a tough group. And they were able to take themselves and calm themselves in a way that they had never with you and helping you heal at your best level. Give us a call. See you next week.
