Venice Sullivan:

Welcome back to "Relax My Mind" I am Venice Sullivan, the director of Fair Oaks Cereset. So much is going on in today's world that stresses us to the max, that keeps us nonfunctional. Post COVID is still affecting all of us and the stresses from that. So we're going to talk about how we can change your life with Cereset. In today's world of hurry and rush and multiple decisions, and multiple places to go and rush, rush rush, what an amazing gift to be able to have a quiet mind. To be able to sit and just be for a period of time. Sometimes we need that quiet mind to make good decisions. It's like, oh, I need this decision now and you can't stop to think. Cereset allows you to be able to stop, to think, to be quiet and make a good decision, not just a decision. Cereset is actually a technology, that we use to help your brain heal itself. Where we have you come in, we put health issue? It can be, but it can also be a brain health issue. People who have had, especially brain injuries are so much more likely to end up with a mental health condition. And there again, it could be depression. If you've got a debilitating physical injury, chances are you're going to end up with depression, you're going to end up with anxiety, you're going to end up with PTSD. So instead that's part of the brain science that Cereset has worked with. So if you want to have the best cognitive, emotional, social functioning, give Cereset a call, pick up your cell phone, dial, pound 250 say "Relax, My Mind" Our team is here to help you and your family have a better life. Many years ago, many many, many years ago, I joined the Navy. Part of that was driven by my brothers who, you know, I was the little sister and I couldn't do things because I was too little and I was a girl. So I set my life about I could do anything they could do only better. Kind of an interesting thing to do. For many of us. I joined the Navy, I had an awesome experience in the Navy. Cereset. Because he doesn't believe it can help. If it's not paid for by the veterans. It's not okay. Well, I can tell you from our experience with the veterans that have come in that have been through every type of therapy the VA has provided, that sometimes it's not enough. They still have the nightmares, they still have the anger, the the unable to sleep, the anxiety, the depression, all I'm Venice Sullivan, with Fair Oaks Cereset. And we're happy to bring this to the community where so many people need help. We're here with Renee, who's talking about how Cereset has helped her. Renee, I know talking with you that you've said you're a caregiver.

Renee:

That's right.

Venice Sullivan:

And can you tell me a little bit? You know, it's easy with your legal battles that you've had ongoing? Does this take you into depression or any of these situations in your life? And if so, how does Cereset help that?

Renee:

Yeah, you know, I think that the depression side is definitely real. For me, it usually shows up as agitation, lack of focus, irritation, maybe not so much just kind of, you know, curling up and being depressed, I tend to, you know, do something about it, but it's frenetic it isn't, you know, it's agitated, there's definitely rage and anger that I will notice come up around this, you

Venice Sullivan:

That's beautiful. So having grown up with pretty severe depression, and over my adult years, trying just about everything to manage it from, you know, even inpatient therapy, to talk therapy and all the different types of therapies that are out there. One of the things I found for myself is they calm me slightly at the time, but they didn't change or heal anything. And it was

Renee:

Yeah, I What strikes me about your story, and I appreciate it is that we can have information or say a spiritual belief or practice that will help us similarly, with more peace about our past, but the brain is still part of the picture, right of what we're experiencing. I mean, everything from emotions, connected to our beliefs, everything from our body responding to what's still pattern

Venice Sullivan:

Absolutely, thank you. If you're experiencing or know someone who is experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep issues, nightmares, over reactive or under reactive, Cereset can help. It helps our kids, with learning issues, mental, emotional, physical, it doesn't matter whether it's pain, whether it's migraines, our body adapts and thinks whatever it's experiencing is normal, when So we're here with Jessica Harris. And we're chatting about her bike accident that created a spinal cord injury and is now in a wheelchair and her amazing fight to come back to as close to normal as she can. So Jessica, I'm curious, I know you've done a lot of things, and you've helped a lot of other people on your journey, because you're able to recognize where they're at. Jessica, are you aware

Jessica:

I am now, I was not for the past six years, though, I thought it was in my brain I I understood that I needed to move again, everything that the doctor said, everything that the the professional spoke of is, hey, you're never going to walk again. So that in my brain said, this is a physical injury, nothing to do with mental and that's completely false.

Venice Sullivan:

It's one of the things that we as people who haven't gone through that don't understand. Is an injury like this creates the PTSD, that post traumatic stress because yes, there was the incident, the time that you were injured, and that changed your entire life. So so many of us only think about the veterans, the first responders, and those big things that happened that create that

Jessica:

When I feel out of control in my brain, I think of 100 different things all at once. And I have to accomplish every single one of those tasks in order for me to breathe again. So anxiety, and I've never been an anxious person or not to this extent, before prior to my injury. So this was a, the biggest challenge for me was to understand that I needed to pull myself out of that situation. So

Venice Sullivan:

Which is pretty common. I know one of the things for myself is and I don't even know what caused it. But I got to the point that being on the freeway, between the K Rail and a big truck, and I would be totally freaking out and white knuckling it going down the road. And I was like, I would slow down and back off and change lanes just to get out of that situation. It didn't stop You know I can stand here all day and tell you how great we are but I love hearing what our clients think. From Kaylee Madrid; she says I love Cereset Fair Oaks. Venice truly cares about her clients well being. If she isn't following up with me it is Rosie calling to see how I am doing. Bill is wonderful at doing the procedure and it has been a great place to get the mental tune up I need. It has Jacqueline Kirkwood; as a retired military veteran I struggled with sleeping and anxiety. It was difficult to embrace the process initially, but once I did, I started feeling substantial changes in my sleeping as well as being able to acknowledge and retrain my brain when I get anxious. We all need harmony and balance and this process can help bring that to you. Just trust it! Matthew Burnell; Before my experience with Fair Oaks and its staff, I had daily struggles with a lack of sleep and increasing stress levels. They are great at working with everyone on an individual basis to find out how to help them the most. Thank you Matthew, Susie Vinci. My experience was pleasant. The staff are kind, compassionate and considerate. This therapy was an integral part of my healing process. Thank you, Susie. In today's world of hurry and rush and multiple decisions and multiple places to go and rush, rush rush. What an amazing gift to be able to have a quiet mind to be able to sit and just be, for a period of time. Sometimes we need that quiet mind to make good decisions. In our rush rush rush It's like, oh, I need this decision now and you can't stop to think. Cereset allows you to be able to
