It is already happening gentlemen! It all began with activities of very innocent appearance and even apparently noble in their intention, when groups began to be created for the study of climate, which soon transformed into organizations that generated working groups that ended in the creation of proposals for action on climate, which were finally approved in international events. Thousands of scientists, academics and politicians participated in preparatory and final meetings in which they pledged to change the habits, cultures, economies, etc. of billions of people. Many did so in very good faith, relying on the results of studies provided by scientists from governments and international institutions. Very few questioned the proposals that were already pre-elaborated in the preparatory meetings because there was never a real debate. But the consequences of these decisions are already being felt. What began as conspiracy theories are now a bitter reality.

Hello, welcome to episode No. 50 of our podcast GREATEST  SCIENTIFIC FRAUDS, and No. 22 of our second season. I am your host Dr. Esteban Morales van Kwartel.

In the previous episode I started talking about climate change agreements that were no more. that the step to the next phase that was to formalize the process of adoption, officially, of this paradigm and its actions by the different countries. I described the main components of the Tokyo Protocol and the dangerous precedents that began to be set for humanity. Today I describe the main component.

Paris Accord    03:46

countries of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. This agreement, in order to accelerate and intensify actions, goes much further in its eagerness to decrease carbon emissions and leads virtually all nations to commit to keeping a global temperature increase this century well below 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels and continuing efforts to limit the temperature increase even further to 1.5 degrees Celsius. That is, practically keep it constant, almost in pre-industrial values throughout the century. This in itself is an unscientific and arrogant approach, so natural causes are left out, ignoring the proven fact that these are much more important. They would then concentrate on controlling only anthropogenic causes. Clearly, you can visualize the failure of this, which indeed happened. This strategy, however, did not occur without producing serious costs to society, as we will see later. Unlike the Tokyo Protocol this agreement, using a subterfuge, in fact DOES oblige underdeveloped countries to reduce emissions; They do this by offering greater support (in quotation marks) to help developing countries do so. In addition, the agreement has among its objectives, AND I QUOTE IT VERBATIM: "increase the capacity of countries to cope with the impacts of climate change and make financial flows consistent with a low-GHG emissions and climate-resilient pathway." In the next section I translate this play on technical words aimed at entanglement people.

Individual repercussions    06:12

Translated into common English, this means nothing more than DIVERTING THE BUDGETS USED FOR the creation of jobs, exploitation of natural resources, health, security, etc. to use them in things that technocrats consider to combat climate change; things like those contained in the famous Green Deal of the progressive congressmen of the United States, such as the elimination of cow fumes, which means sacrificing agricultural production and replacing it with synthetic meat production, and other barbarities. This includes, of course, the decrease of Nitrogen which means sacrificing agriculture as is actually happening in Canada, France, Holland, Belgium, etc., and that will be extended to the rest of the world. It goes on to say the agreement and I quote: "To achieve these ambitious goals, adequate mobilization and provision of financial resources, a new technological framework and increased capacity building must be put in place, thus supporting the action of developing countries and the most vulnerable countries, in line with their own national objectives." But this means nothing more than the prohibition of gas stoves, as they want to do in United States, the transformation of automobiles into electric vehicles, which will affect precisely the poorest and most vulnerable to the extent that they are limited or prevented in the long run from acquiring economical means of transport that allow them to travel to distant places of work or to reach their second job, which helps them to better support their family, or that it is difficult for them to rationalize the time to be able to search, transport their children to schools and arrive on time to their work. · The agreement also incorporates a robust system of transparency and determination of responsibilities consisting of: annual report of compliance with commitments, global inventory and, starting this year, the evaluation of collective progress. Who oversees all this? WELL, THE POWERFUL EYE OF THE UN. This translated, means nothing more than the curtailment of the freedom of nations and people by controlling their emissions. The famous carbon footprint that is already underway in Europe.

Conclusions and farewell     09:37

This is very contradictory, especially in the case of China, which is the country with the second world economy (and I think now the first), due to its enormous industrial development. This is a huge deficiency in the implementation of the Tokyo Protocol, and, from 2020, of the Paris Agreement, which I will talk about another day, because it is widely known to everyone that this country emits an enormous amount of greenhouse gases. While the rest of the developed countries restrict their emissions due to binding commitments, which, as we will see later, amounts to restricting their development, both countries run on their own without there being exact and reliable evidence of the amount of emissions they are allowed to generate. There are, finally, two elements that catch my attention. The first is that, although under the Protocol countries must meet their objectives primarily through national measures, they are nevertheless offered three market-based mechanisms: this is a precedent whose current impact is beginning to be seen. The other is that a rigorous system of monitoring, review and verification was established, as well as a system of compliance and accountability by countries. According to the Protocol, countries' actual emissions must be monitored and accurate records of operations carried out must be kept. ALL THIS UNDER THE RIGOROUS EYE OF THE UN. This is another precedent whose current repercussions are also beginning to be seen. In the next episode I will explain what the Paris Agreement is and start talking about the economic consequences of the false paradigm of climate change.
