Redefining Life Based On A Lie: Change The Thought, Change The Mood
An Invalid Thought Life Produces A Life Full Of Misconceptions
Misconception: an incorrect belief or flawed idea based on faulty thinking or false information.
Misconceptions are formed when you no longer trust a valid source.
Trusting the stranger’s voice leads to invalid thoughts which are produced by lies.
Invalid thoughts are dangerous and should be discarded.
Some people will redefine and reconstruct their entire life based on hearing and receiving the wrong voice.
Yahshua The Way, The Truth, The Life
Some have redefined who Yahshua is to them based on their invalid thoughts.
Faith creates pathways - do the work and walk through those pathways.
Why did you allow those thoughts to become meditations, and then those meditations to become your TRUTH?

Good evening, good evening. Welcome to the Lyricism Life. I am your host, Apostle Pastor Patha, aka the Lyrical Apostle. Welcome, welcome, welcome. We're happy to be back this week and we have a wonderful topic that we're going to be discussing tonight. So hope everybody's doing well. Hope everybody's enjoying their week and allowing Yahweh to shine, rule, and rain. We had a very powerful service on Sunday. I was really blessed by the ringing of the bell. I did a lot of just, you know, thanking and praising Yahweh for everything that He has done and everything that He is performing in our lives. Everyone who joined in to get whatever they needed Sunday from ringing that bell, I pray that you're already experiencing that answer and the progress from your faith. So come on in, come journey with us. Tell someone to tell someone to tell someone else to sign in, share, and journey with us tonight. Like I said, we're gonna have a great show tonight. So come on in. Shalom, everybody. Shalom, shalom, shalom.
SPEAKER_03Love you guys.
SPEAKER_00Hey babe, how you doing? Hey babe, how you doing?
SPEAKER_08Uh hey, I'm I'm George, ready to go. Not sleepwalking, bringing that excitement, bringing that joy, bringing that.
SPEAKER_02You were just coughing. So hallelujah, you got healed. Mm-hmm. Yep. Good. I'm in. So I was just saying how powerful the service was on Sunday with the ringing of the bell. Oh, yeah? What were you saying? I was saying how powerful the service was with the ringing of the bell, and I pray that everybody who put their faith to work received already what Yahweh was answering them for and got whatever they needed from ringing the bell. Very good.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, because it was a faith statement. And that faith statement is uh very, very powerful. I uh I don't know if we have it on video, but I paused quite a while because I had a lot that I was praying through before I rang the bell. So I'm very excited, very excited about every day is a miracle for us and Christina.
SPEAKER_02Right, right.
SPEAKER_08Every single day is a healing, is a miracle and wonder. And it's a reason to have gratitude, excitement, and joy. So I'm very, very happy. God bless.
SPEAKER_02Amen. So tonight, the topic that I would like to talk about, just based on ministry, based on life itself, based on things that we see in in everyday life, is really understanding how powerful a thought life could be. And will you want to tell me why you're smiling?
SPEAKER_08Come on, don't don't. I'm listening to you.
SPEAKER_02Don't what? I'm asking, because you just looking.
SPEAKER_08You know, a smile should never be viewed as negative.
SPEAKER_02From you? It ain't always positive.
SPEAKER_08I think you you're gonna talk about this tonight, right? Negative thoughts.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Yes, and discernment. I should put that in there too.
SPEAKER_08Yes.
SPEAKER_02And uh negative thought and discernment is two different things.
SPEAKER_08Let's not get away from it. The problem is you always think something negative about me. I can no longer, I can no longer be friendly, I can no longer joke, I can't joke on you anymore, I can't make jokes anymore. Uh I I don't know what to do. I just don't know. And and now I can't smile. I got a lot of be nice.
SPEAKER_02I've seen you be nice.
SPEAKER_08Oh boy, here we go. I am nice, babe. And just I I think, you know, babe, we can talk about how people change your marriage, you know? Because when you change, then marriage changes. So what do you mean by that? Well, how people change? I used to have a lot of fun at my jokes, and now you think everything So the whole marriage you just said changed based on your jokes.
SPEAKER_02That is selfish.
SPEAKER_08Because I don't I I I don't know what to say anymore. I just feel bad. I just I feel like it doesn't make a difference. What I say is gonna be something bad. And now look, I'm just smiling. You're like, what am I smiling? What am I smiling? Yeah.
SPEAKER_02If you were married to you, you wouldn't, you wouldn't, you wouldn't receive it. There you go again. Nope, nope. You don't like that. But that's the way you make it make you think about that.
SPEAKER_08I just I just enjoy life, you know.
SPEAKER_02Enjoying life is you joking on somebody? You need a whole new way to enjoy life. Why why why is it that why is it negative? I don't know. You made it negative. You said a whole marriage change based on your jokes. That is so crazy.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, because you you it's you just get angry and like that's not funny.
SPEAKER_02Because some of your jokes are not funny.
SPEAKER_08Okay, which one wasn't funny?
SPEAKER_02A lot of them. Next time I'll write them down. You made a joke about something about me changing my shoes to do something. Yeah, it wasn't funny to me.
SPEAKER_08Oh, come on. But if you get you about if you're gonna get upset about you shouldn't get upset about shoes.
SPEAKER_02I wasn't I wasn't upset. I said it wasn't funny. There's a difference. Well, I was saying you change your shoes. And I also say you in the street more than me.
SPEAKER_08You in the street more than me. Yeah, but I don't get upset at uh at jokes. I didn't get upset at a joke about you changing shoes. Perfect, if you're going to the gas station, you shouldn't have to get out of the car. So the person, whoever it is, shouldn't be able to see your shoes. So it's a joke. Let me ask you something.
SPEAKER_02What makes you think that I changed my shoes for somebody to see? How about I change my shoes because I had on sneakers and it got hot and I put on sandals? How about it was a joke? No, you just put it all out there, talk about somebody seeing your shoes and all that stuff if you get gas. It's like but you're getting upset over it. Makes me wonder how you gonna get upset over cheating?
SPEAKER_08I don't get upset over cheating, I'm not a cheater. All right then, don't why are you getting up? Why you get mad?
SPEAKER_02You change your shoes. I'm not mad. I said I'm not a cheater. That's that. And I'm in the house at three in the morning. I'm in the house.
SPEAKER_08If I'm out of the house at three in the morning, I'm doing yahweh's business. Which is which is what? Oh, come on, babe. Don't you know why I go out.
SPEAKER_02The devil is a liar because you ain't doing no Yahweh's business at three in the morning. No, let's okay, let's CBS. So again, welcome to the lyricism of life, because this is life in the lyrics that goes.
SPEAKER_08Well, let me tell what I enjoy. I enjoyed it before I come on in here, like, how's everybody's body's bodies? Go tell somebody and everybody. I didn't say that. I'm gonna invite somebody, but I like to bring that energy, and I love it.
SPEAKER_02But everybody don't have to scream at everything. That's you. I told you, you no longer talk, you preach. Whatever you're doing, you're yelling. It's like, yo, I'm right here. Like, I'm like, you don't have to preach every moment of the day. You don't have to wake up preaching, you don't have to sit down.
SPEAKER_08I'm not preaching, babe. See, no, you gotta sit down.
SPEAKER_02No, you talk very loudly.
SPEAKER_08You said I talk loud. Okay.
SPEAKER_02You talk very loudly, but I'm in, it's all good. So tonight's title, which is very, very good, very interesting, is called Redefining Life Based on a Lie. Change the thought, change the mood. So basically, an invalid thought life produces a life full of misconceptions. What are misconceptions? A misconception is an incorrect belief or flawed idea based on faulty thinking or false information. Misconceptions are formed when trust is broken. So if you stop trusting the right people, then you're gonna form misconceptions about them. You're gonna miss form misconceptions about what's happening in between the relationship. Do you trust them? Do I trust you? Yeah. Yeah, I trust you. If I didn't trust you, I wouldn't be with you.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, but um but because you were basically saying, you know, if the wrong trust changes the mood.
SPEAKER_02No, that's true. Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I trust you.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, so you trust me.
SPEAKER_02I ain't no fool. I trust you.
SPEAKER_08You trust you try trust my jokes?
SPEAKER_02I trust, I trust that you are who you are, yes.
SPEAKER_08Do you think you hurt my feelings when you say I can't joke anymore?
SPEAKER_02Babe, no, you hurt your own feelings because you say so. You you made that up. I never said you couldn't joke anymore. You will take one thing and create a whole, a whole, you'll create a whole sermon off of something you said. I didn't say you couldn't joke anymore. No, I do.
SPEAKER_08I did it all the time. What are you talking about?
SPEAKER_02You do it all the time, yes. I didn't say you couldn't joke.
SPEAKER_08But the wrong thought could change the mood.
SPEAKER_02The wrong thought can change the mood, is right.
SPEAKER_08So if you are the author, this is a question, if you're the author of a negative mood, shouldn't you correct it?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you should. You should. But let me ask you something. Because and this is not asking you directly. What I'm asking is where did the mood come from? So for instance.
SPEAKER_08Somebody said they couldn't see me. They said they can't see me, they only can see the top of my head. Can anybody else see me? See the top of my head. I can see you. Oh, that's Allison. Allison, put your glasses on. Can everybody else see me? Allison would say. Jackie got big eyes, she can see. Yeah. Trisha says she can see me too. And Kingdom Art.
SPEAKER_02Okay, now you need a mirror. I see Jonathan. I see Kimberly. I see you're in Rumper Room now. They say I can see. Okay. So going back to trust. You ask me, do I trust you? Do I trust your jokes? I trust you. I trust, I trust your love. That's more important.
SPEAKER_08So, okay, if you trust my my love, then maybe you get on my nerves on purpose to just aggravate me to hurt my feelings about the jokes.
SPEAKER_02Okay, because this is new.
SPEAKER_08What's new? That gets on your nerves. No, I said no, you do it to get on my nerves. That's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_02No, I'm not doing anything to get on your nerves. Come on. That's not even me.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, but you got upset when you put those sandals on, those Michael Cora sandals, high platform inch and a half.
SPEAKER_02Those were not Michael Cora sandals. See, you need your glasses on. And that's why you shouldn't be making jokes. You can't even see. Yeah, because I don't I first of all, I don't I don't like jokes like doing something outside of my marriage. I don't like that joke. It's a joke, babe. I don't care. That's hook rat joke. I can make hook rat jokes on you. You can't make hood rat jokes on it.
SPEAKER_08Matter of fact, what you said was, yeah, if I'm doing something wrong, I'm gonna get out there and get sick and die, something like that. You said. Who you? Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I said, yes, I said.
SPEAKER_05See, now you you weren't joking when you said that.
SPEAKER_02Oh no, no, I wasn't joking about that.
SPEAKER_08It went from a joke to you being real real killing me.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you can't you can't just be out there.
SPEAKER_08Look, we're not talking about cheating, babe. We talk about lying and changing the mood.
SPEAKER_02Right, because liars cheat too. But no, a whole life could be redefined based on a lie, based on what you think and based on misconceptions. Thinking the wrong thought. Thinking the wrong thinking the wrong thoughts are deadly. And it's very is very damaging because it produces a whole a whole way of living and it produces a whole way of acting and reacting. So if you're meditating on the wrong things, you're gonna you're gonna act on the things that you believe. So even come like for instance in conversation, if I believe a certain thing about you, I'm gonna talk to you a certain way.
SPEAKER_08No, I like that. Yes.
SPEAKER_02Yes. So if I believe that, let's just say I believe you're a liar. Every time I talk to you, I'm gonna speak to you as if I believe you're lying to me about something. And so that that that's the whole life I've created now that I've told myself he's nothing but a liar. So now every time we interact, I'm gonna interact with you as if you're lying to me. And so that's where misconceptions come in. And it's like, I've created this whole life saying you're a liar, but you you're not a liar. And it's like, where did that come from? That produces a mood, that produces a mood that every time we have an exchange, my mood is gonna be, I'm dealing with a liar. You know what I'm saying? Well, some people deal with liars, you know what I'm saying? That's different, but when you have a misconception about someone and you you start believing that this is who they are.
SPEAKER_08When you believe in a misconception, you look for confirming evidence. Yes, and in looking for confirming evidence, you look to have proof to build it up, and that destroys a lot a lot of relationships.
SPEAKER_02Looking for confirming evidence, it destroys a lot of relationships.
SPEAKER_08I I when I was speaking with, I think the three people I was speaking with, I brought this up, I definitely brought up with two Apostles Kingdom Art and uh Pharaoh. As long as a person's relationship with Christ is good, and their relationship with their m their wife and their children, they're gonna be strong in the body of Christ. And the the the weakness comes in leadership when first there's a breakdown in either the relationship with Christ or the relationship with the mother or relationship with the children they become ineffective. Well what what do I mean? The first calling is hearing from Yahweh for yourself. The second is husbands love your wives, you know, because that keeps accountability. When you have that accountability, don't say the wrong way. You're you're always strong in Yahweh's house, you're you're always available. You're always available. You get blurry.
SPEAKER_07Hey, if anybody's playing a game. No, that's you get blurry. No, that's because they're using the internet, babe. They need to turn it off.
SPEAKER_08If anybody's playing a game, can you not do it now? I know you don't listen to the podcast.
SPEAKER_07Respect how it works. Tell your kids. You're on YouTube for what, Jesse? YouTube is the internet, Jesse.
SPEAKER_02No, she gotta get off.
SPEAKER_07Yes. What do you think YouTube is on a computer?
SPEAKER_08Tatiana says she's doing her homework, she won't do it. But but anyway, no. Because then a lot of times when people don't have accountability accountability at home, they fake in Yahweh's house. Because you have to fake in Yahweh's house in order to make everything seem as as if it's okay. In order to fake in Yahweh's house, you have to be upholding some lies. There has to be lies. Don't take the wrong way. And one of the biggest lies, one of the biggest misconceptions is I'm okay. Right. One of the biggest lies, one of the biggest miscommunications and so forth, misconception is nothing's wrong with me and my family. Or better yet, my children, my children don't need any help. And that's the common work on a word, and we were expounding on it, that people will child proof their home. Right. And we've been there because we don't have kids, but people will child proof their home, but not Christ proof-proof it for their children. They will protect their home so that their children can remain safe from things we use every day. But yet we won't teach our children how to be protected in Christ from every everyday things. Don't Christ-proof their kids. Christ-proof their kids, yes. Which is very, very, very important. But once a person no longer values their marriage, or no longer values their children, there becomes a slip in the way. Because people start looking for other means, other lives. And but these begin choosing with these misconceptions. That's coming is it's very important what a person thinks. And I'm always recommending that movie, A Beautiful Mind, to people. Knowing what to constantly ignore. Right. And what not to it what not to acknowledge. We were talking about that uh today too, about that that uh that date, that date thing that keeps catching a predator.
SPEAKER_02How to catch a predator, how to catch a predator, right?
SPEAKER_08And and and so forth. Where people can't allow the wrong misconception, the wrong lie to become their reality, or to accept something that to accept something that they know will destroy their relationship or destroy their friendship.
SPEAKER_02But listen to this. The biggest misconception about that show is I can get away with it. And people have put like their whole lives on the line, careers, everything, for a moment of pleasure or what they really believed was going to be a pleasurable event. And they actually believed that they were gonna get away with it. So they they followed through with it. And that's that's bad when that happens to leaders, to happens to parents, or whomever, when you believe you can get away with something, you won't change. And so it's like, why would you rather live a life of I could get away with this instead of bringing change to something that can totally damage you, it can damage you for the rest of your life, or it can damage others, your loved ones, your kids, family members. It can damage people by you not changing something. And it's like, don't choose to get away with it, choose to change it, you know, and stop making excuses for being that way or doing whatever it is you're doing that's bringing the the harm. And by the way, I ain't feel sorry for none of them people. I can't try to do.
SPEAKER_08I don't think I I don't think you can't feel sorry for them. Uh and with me, once again, it's going back to healthy thoughts. Yes, I first of all, I have deliberate thoughts, I think deliberate thoughts. And what I've also been working on, of course, I'm creating another workspace. I've been working on you should walk into a faith that you have created. Faith is the substance of things hoped for. The just shall live and walk by faith. So before I walk somewhere, my faith has already painted a picture of where I'm going. So I've already painted a picture where I'm going. I paint a picture with my love, my hope, and so forth. I paint a picture. In other words, you can only live by faith by having pleasant future thoughts. Because once again, faith is the substance of things hoped for. So here it is that I'm always imagining a better now. I'm always believing a better now, and then I walk into it. One the other scripture that I'm working on too is calling those things that be not as though they were. So here it is, in order to call the things that be not as though they were, you're always walking into something new. That's the only way to walk in faith. So you have to be that way in your love, you've got to be that way in your hope, you gotta be that way in your relationships. I'm always looking for something new, for something new to to be produced. That's that's very, very important. But in doing that, you already have an expectation where you're going. You always have an expectation. You already already have an expectation of what the end result is going to be. You know, when I pray for kids, uh I'm I'm binding up I'm binding up school shootings, I'm binding up uh car accidents, uh, I'm I'm binding up straight bullets. I I do this very effectively for all of uh our our children in our ministry. Excuse me. But you do that by creating it. And it's almost not trying to be funny, it's almost like creating a movie and walking in it. um even now I I play over and over in my head what's gonna take place in London in Oxford.
SPEAKER_02I I'm projecting my faith but it's it's using thoughts in a in a in a way to produce faith you know and and and and and creating that I think that's very very very important faith creates pathways and you need to you need to you need to write that down that came off the top of your tone that came off no I was just envisioning what you were saying as you're saying when you speak things and you bel and you put your faith towards it it creates you can already see it happening you have an expectation because you are sold out to you believe in it actually taking place faith creates pathways and then we walk through those pathways down that's what you need to do you can write it down talking faith creates pathways yes and then you work and walk through those pathways every time faith creates pathways you know I envision like you said we bind up school shootings we bind up all carjackings we bind up all of these things every single day and we cover the house we cover the children we cover we cover the leaders we cover everybody in our prayers and we actually believe in our prayers that Yahweh's gonna do it I but we pray this and we believe it so much that our faith locks the doors where a school shooter can't get in. You know what I'm saying? Our faith locks the doors and it it gives us bulletproof windows where someone can't carjack us. Like our faith is powerful and when you walk in truly believing Yahweh can and will do this it's like wow it's it gives you superpowers. Faith gives us superpowers if you really believe you know no that that's true.
SPEAKER_08Yes but once again it begins with the the thought process it begins with the the the whole thought process you know thinking healthy right you know because so listen to this so many people's future thoughts are are not positive which creates anxiety uh just for her exam she was having a lot of anxiety so I had to pray with her yeah to the point I thought it's not that important you know I'm saying you walked you already walked you can take that course three years from now and you know seriously you know we we lived the moment you know and let's not take that away you know let's not take that away but what I kept emphasizing that my college friends used to make fun of me and they called me old man because I was 25 but I robbed myself and my parents of watching me march and looking back 25 is young 25 is young to graduate they were making me making fun of me I was 25 and got my BA and BS you know you look back on that like what that was young and now I was working two full-time jobs you know two full-time jobs you know that should be something to to be commended on but they keep calling me old man you know and so forth and so on and once again the wrong thoughts I don't even have a a college graduation picture though I I still could take one right yep you sure can like Jess told me the other day she she's gonna take her graduation pictures elsewhere because she don't like her so she's like I'm taking them somewhere else but what you what you you just described is a conversation I was having with the kids earlier and I was saying a lot of times you guys you may not want us to post something that we love like that well Tati made me take that okay okay okay let me just because she might not want you to say that okay I'm not I'm just let me just get this conversation up so we were talking and I was saying a lot of things we we record or a lot of pictures we take of them we love those pictures or we love those moments and it's like no don't rob us of moments or rob us of sharing something we want to share about you because you're looking and you you don't like it based on what you think other people will say and I was like you can't live a life like that believing you know what's the kids I bet you don't even know they still got this you see what I'm saying I mean come on who would who would have thought that would have been right next to me who would have thought I was gonna get my thought interrupted by that yeah but it's not a lie and it's not a misconception I'm sorry what we're talking about negative thoughts it's not a lie it's not a that's not what I was talking about just now I didn't say that what you're talking about I'm saying Well you don't even know what I was talking about just now what was I talking about we were talking about the girls creating a moment and not messing up that moment and how certain people don't want certain things posted and you don't want to always bring that up too because that might bring up them thinking about it getting posted.
SPEAKER_02No that's not the main that's not the that's not the the moral of this story. The moral of this story is I was saying we can't always think about how other people feel about something so if I say to you oh don't don't post that because somebody might say this or somebody might say that it's like no what what do you think about it? I can see if I say don't post something because I don't like it. But I won't I shouldn't say to you well somebody might not like that or somebody might say this or somebody might say that and I say you can't create a life based on what other people think about you.
SPEAKER_08What other people want to say about you what what I mean I'm lost out you talk about the girls telling me to take something down forget it.
SPEAKER_02Just go next next let me next let me post my own video next if my daughters want me to take something down that doesn't pertain to me okay next Yahshua is the way the truth and the life so redefine the way we should go the truth we should walk in or the life we should live then we're living a lie based on and a lot of times we will redefine who Yahshua is in our lives in our life based on misconceptions. So if we believe that he's not for us and you could testify to this because at some point in your life you were saying that you believed that Yahweh wasn't for you and that's when you had the thoughts of committing suicide when you believed that you had a misconception of who Yahweh was to you at some point because of a thought process which wasted time too you had invalid thoughts these thoughts were invalid and they were they were deadly and detrimental and it's because deadly and detrimental wow no one should be thinking anything that's deadly or detrimental to themselves or others. Right and and it's a blessing that you were able to shut out all of the noise and get back to who you knew Yahweh to be and who you knew Christ was in your life which was Savior. You know he came and saved you even in that moment when you thought he wasn't for you then he came and proved who he was to you by showing up as Savior and that was it's amazing what being unthankful can rob you of yes I look back on that now and I had so much 20 23 24 in my prayer life and I lost all of it because I was angry over quote unquote a wife when I should have been building my economic future my financial future and and when I think back on it one of the things is I was just spoiled I couldn't do any of that if I didn't live at home wow yeah if if if if if I wasn't living if if I wasn't living at home I could I I couldn't risk losing my job I couldn't risk losing anything.
SPEAKER_08It just shows the immaturity and how Yahweh had to had to put up with me. But all things work together for good and I I've learned from that but in learning from that I've learned how detrimental the wrong thought is yes and how yes uh it can become your reality and you can actually live that thought out and that's what I I'm not gonna allow our our children to to do right right to to to to live that to live that thought out it's like no you can deliberately think something that's gonna completely change your mood change your outcome and empower you you know and that's that's that's important and so forth and so on.
SPEAKER_02But listen when you say that it goes beyond just us because if we have the power to change our mood based on a thought then like you said we have to monitor our kids because kids go through the same things you know in in some instances even worse in today's time because a lot has changed so I think it's really sad to watch your child just totally wither away right before your eyes and not do anything.
SPEAKER_08Well we had a a a little process of that with Timmy it was very difficult because we would be watching TV no no no but we weren't just watching it not doing anything no but I'm saying in in in the moment where you can fill that distance right and it is to a certain level of a feeling of hopelessness but that's where the the prayer the prayer comes in because I I can remember even the the other girls trying to get Timmy to interact and so forth and she she and this what was so deep is all of this took place before she went away.
SPEAKER_02You know but of course we didn't just we didn't we didn't just sit around do nothing we got out you know right but even in the midst of watching it there were times when Timmy would isolate right in the midst of us like you can isolate and be in the in a crowd and so which I was familiar with because I had an old elder sister that did that too. And so I was a little I was a little experienced seriously but and but in in monitoring that we were very proactive in prayer very proactive in calling calling forth the elders of the church sharing with people keep our daughter up in prayer this is what we're dealing with and also getting her help being proactive in that so in no way uh also we wouldn't say this too I want to say this very important and me choosing not to fight her me choosing not to fight her not on a on a spiritual level on a psychological level it's like it you can't you can't you can't you can't push your child the wrong way you know right right so a lot is done in presence like I said we would be watching TV you know you you want to you want the person to know that we we we are there you know and so forth.
SPEAKER_08Yes but you can't you can't you can't we I don't ever remember really get getting into an argument with Timmy I do remember certain instances where I thought she was going to flee like when we were at the store like you can just discern she she she was just going to run and you didn't want that to take place.
SPEAKER_02But this I wanted to say this before I forget when we were discerning certain things and being proactive in the moment for instance there were some nights when we're like nah to me we want you to stay down here.
SPEAKER_08We don't want you to go to your room yeah we don't want you to go to your room we don't want you to go right and it's like you have to do that even if it makes your child feel uncomfortable in the moment because they feel like you're violating their privacy go ahead why because it goes to what you're teaching we knew her thoughts were worn against her and we didn't want her alone with her thoughts we didn't want her isolated and the misconceptions you know and then the blessing was when she went to school she she she she saw a couple of things uh you and I think that's what happens with quite a few people in bed Himyahwe hey my parents really care about me you know they're always in my business other people's parents are not caring about them they don't care you know and I I I think if peep our kids really begin to realize yo my parents are pretty involved they really they really care about me you know but we did not want to leave her alone with those misconceptions we did not want to leave her alone with those lies and I think that's very very powerful and that's what people have to do and I feel led to say it now you have to rescue your your loved one if they are alone with Satan or alone with negative thoughts you have to find ways to bring them back into the family you have to find ways I think we were blessed too think about it babe we were really blessed because Timmy didn't find any friends to confirm all that stuff yeah that was that think about it when you if you can if you if you can find a friend group that condones that or encourages that wow there's no motivation to come out wow no that that's that's that's very very very no that is that's deep because some some kids some kids do have groups of depression yeah where they're always or suicidal groups the the the police the fire department young lady in east arm she murdered herself remember that they had a pact yes there's there's always you have to you have to be able to detect and discern and and move immediately in love and love is rescue and however they need to be rescued first spiritually of course because some things you can only attack in the spirit because that's where we have power and that's where we have dominion and then you can move accordingly as far as getting them help but there are some kids who are in groups of depression they're constantly confirming to each other why they should be depressed why life is not fair why they hate their home life why they hate their parents why they hate their school there's just a bunch of depression being you know ping ponged off of one one another and like you said we're very thankful that Timmy didn't have that and that love found and rescued her even in the midst of a dark space where Satan was constantly tugging at her constant prayer constant faith constant asking for other people to keep up in prayer and just being on on you know on guard that's important because there's some kids who just they don't make it outside of that depression pact or suicide pact and it's a re it's very real and another thing to to to to throw in there about the prayers when Timmy joined the dance ensemble and she knew it was unfair and she strengthened herself like I don't have to subject myself to this especially because she knew she could dance she's like what's that was especially when she knew they were trying to break her trying trying to cause her to have a mental breakdown.
SPEAKER_02I remember she called you that was a turning point and we all need to and that's when you say I'm not going to allow this person or these thoughts to break me and people have to have to have to be that way I you know I I I internalize a well that's the only way I can minister successfully internal internalizing things I can't imagine I can't imagine serving you divorce papers definitely of course not without first speaking with Christ but what'd you think oh I thought oh why you la why why you laughing like that why'd you think why'd you think I said so who's listening I don't know I I don't know I thought heard somebody you know um there's a there's a possum there's a possum in a raccoon that comes to this window and presses themselves up up against this window but you better make sure it's closing tight well it gets in in well those windows are not really thick so well you need to nail it something because then we can't have to window baby nail a window we can't have that come in here well it's got no it's I mean it's it's big so but anyway I forgot what I was saying the divorce papers in Christ yeah so that this another thing I speak with my fighting sticks about you know what I'm saying it it's it it's like you do certain things in the family I don't do that cannot be the only reason why you keep me what you mean like I don't feel like taking them to school so divorce not an option well well finances too well the bottom line is you know you you have to be honest what you're thinking and what and where your thoughts can lead you because what does thoughts do they lead to justification right you know that's true that that's powerful yeah they lead to justification so it's it's very important that's feeling and how imagine feeling justified in a lie yeah people a lot of people feel that way all the time yeah like okay so let me let's since you brought up the the serving of the divorce papers let's just say let's talk about this how awkward would it be for you to serve me divorce papers or tell a friend to tell a friend to tell a friend sexual chocolate would have done it sexual chocolate would have did it why sexual chocolate gave me a phone call must I hope you have a good time and got you a I think sexual chocolate help me get a lawyer like I know you get 24 24 hours it was like I got paralegal oh man they was you had some you had some friends for you boy they were like what are you leaving how let me help you yeah you were still Urshi'd yeah I think like 50 leaders called me that day like you need any help moving yeah you said you were leaving I told the old ministry did did you not come to service that night did you not come to service I didn't miss no service I don't know babe no I didn't miss I don't know I didn't miss the service I don't know I know I did not devil had a hold of you devil had a hold of you yeah well that's old yeah but that goes back to the the the whole uh thought process and then when we were talking about having the boldness to leave family and how you're not you were never a fogler your mom was never a fogler but yet you guys were carrying this name and the name didn't represent who you were and so forth and and you had people telling you to fight for a name that wasn't even your name right and once again it's the thought the thought process the thought process the thought process and I can't let it go it's very very key. Because you can be stuck in a certain thought process too like like like you said how does a whole group of people have a have the wrong name you know what I'm saying it's like the thought process is lax because it's like where is the oomph and the drive to say no this is not this is not how this is supposed to be we need to change it you know and it's like what what is this you know we shouldn't be walking around in life with a name that doesn't belong to us so it's like Alice said you came but you didn't come in because I was making my announcements I didn't miss the service oh so you this the spook that sat by the door I'm gonna talk to her offline always talk about somebody's details but what I was asking is can you imagine how awkward it would be if You served me divorce papers, not even you, somebody else. And then we just come home and we're not talking about it, and we're not saying anything to each other, and you just talk about the words.
SPEAKER_08I think if Apostle Kelvin just served you divorce papers, you talk about it.
SPEAKER_02He won't get in. That's number one. You had to turn back around, man.
SPEAKER_08That was a million. That was a million giving you these divorce papers.
SPEAKER_05Louie, yo man, yo, man. Yo, man. Yo, man.
SPEAKER_01He don't want you no more, man. He heard from Yahweh, man.
SPEAKER_05Just call me Fruit Lou.
SPEAKER_01No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Fruit Lou.
SPEAKER_08No. No. No. Yeah. Yeah. No divorce papers, babe. No divorce papers.
SPEAKER_02No divorce papers. That's right.
SPEAKER_08That's right. But it all goes back to the thought life. And so forth. I mean, even today, when you told Jessica, you know, watch your tone talking to your father. Like she always wants to beat me up. And the majority of the time I don't say nothing. Because it's like she just ready to pop me up. She's ready to get into a physical fight. I'm like, no, I'm like, I'm not taking bait.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, your back was to the dining room. I was watching. I was like, Jesse. She had that look, she had that look like. I was like, Jessica and no.
SPEAKER_08Nope. Not going.
SPEAKER_02I did not order it yet.
SPEAKER_08I was like, no, no, no. I think the last fight me and Jessica had was in 299 in the elevator.
SPEAKER_02What happened in the elevator?
SPEAKER_08I don't know. Something happened.
SPEAKER_02How do you remember the fight? Not what happened.
SPEAKER_08Because the door opened and people looking like, whoa.
SPEAKER_02Really? Wow, no. I don't I don't know that fight. Jessica's always a strong cookie, but we we haven't fought in years. Only verbally. Yeah, she she because everybody won't play her. Like Jessica, you guys just say to Jesse, all right.
SPEAKER_08Calm down, calm down. But once again, it's it it's the the thought process. Even even and look listen to this. Each one of our children has a different thought process. So in order to effectively communicate, you have to also know the person's thought process. Right, right. If because you you want your communication to get across.
SPEAKER_02That's right.
SPEAKER_08You know, that's right. For instance, Timmy talks so fast. Timmy's gonna respond before I can, which she's gonna respond to what she thinks I'm gonna say, and and before you know it, and and Timmy's always in hope help mode, you know, and it's like I didn't ask for help.
SPEAKER_02She's gonna she's gonna force help on you. Yeah, she's like, no, mom, I said no, Timmy, no, thank you. No, let me do it.
SPEAKER_08Like, but that's important in relationship to also know the person's thought process, because once the once the thought doesn't go the way or it's not being communicated well, that thought begins to to to be You keep freezing. Manipulated.
SPEAKER_02Well, don't blame me. I didn't blame you. I'm just giving you information.
SPEAKER_08Was I was I freezing? I have a lot of acid reflux. I know you keep I can see that too. This lasted all day.
SPEAKER_02You might need a prescription then.
SPEAKER_08I don't even know where the I this is the first time I've also had that in mucus in my throat.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02But you won't take you won't take anything.
SPEAKER_08No, I don't I don't like that stuff. Yeah. But I don't pray over you. Yeah. But that's that's that's key.
SPEAKER_02That's that's a that produces the effective way to communicate when you're aware of someone's thought process. And and if it's if it's tainted, if their thought process is tainted, then you still have to have a way to communicate with them in order to get through. Like you said, because if someone has flawed thoughts, they've already created a wall, you know. When you when you have a thought process that's not trusting, you create a wall because you you're like, I don't trust anybody. That is how you think. You you feel like no one can benefit you. That's when you have flawed thinking.
SPEAKER_08Especially if someone thinks they don't want me in their lives. It doesn't make a difference. A person who thinks that is gonna always look for that a confirmation of being left out or being pushed out, it's and and so forth. And listen, those thoughts affect communication. They they they they they affect communication and and how you how you approach someone.
SPEAKER_02That's that's that's very, very that's true, because listen, the wrong thought life can create a whole personality that you never would see yourself as or you would never identify with. You think in the wrong thoughts, it gives you a whole like it's like creating a whole life, a whole different life and a whole different lifestyle. So then you become someone that you never thought you would become, but you've become this person based on how you now think. And it's like, no, what why did you invite that? Why did you allow those thoughts to become meditations?
SPEAKER_08Because once you meditate on that, why did you allow why did you allow those thoughts to become meditations? There's a big difference. There's a difference in having a thought and then producing a whole sentence out of but to to have rote and keep going over and over again.
SPEAKER_02Right. So when you allow thoughts to become meditations, then it becomes your truth. And then it's like your truth is not always the truth. It's like, no, this is a misconception. And then you just go off of what you believe, and then like I said, it it you start to act on it. You start to speak on it, you speak the way you think. Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight. You want your your the words that's coming out of your mouth and whatever you're meditating on to be acceptable to Yahweh, because if it's not already, you need to get rid of it. You have to discard the wrong thoughts, the wrong meditations, because it's damaging. We've seen it.
SPEAKER_08It's damaging. We uh see it all the time, and and we see close bonds become distant. And it it it shouldn't be, all because of the wrong thought and the wrong thought process.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_08That's right, that's key, you know.
SPEAKER_02And scary.
SPEAKER_08Very, very, very, very scary. But it goes back to taking responsibility, and it goes with building good habits.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_08Building good habits. That's that's that's very, very key. And what do I mean by building good habits? That's how come we we've been married 21 years. There are certain things we we've never argued over money, ever. Right. You know, there's certain things we we we've never I you can't put your time into something negative. Yeah. Think about that. You can't put your time if you put your time into something negative, what are you looking to get out of it? There's a difference in coming up with a plan. In order to come up with a plan, you have to use your thought process and your gifts to look for a positive outcome. That's healthy. Yes, all all of that is is healthy. It's it's it's unhealthy when you don't talk, but you get a negative thought, then you begin to meditate on it, then it becomes a mood, and now you have a mood swing, you know. So when you do open your mouth, you know, it when you have a mood swing, it can come out the left or right side of your mouth. You know, seriously.
SPEAKER_02And mood swings can produce phantom fights, like what I was talking about. Yeah, you you can have a whole phantom fight, meaning you won't have to say anything, but your thoughts can start fighting somebody else's thoughts, and you're sitting in the room, you're quiet. And it's like, why are you looking like that? Why are you looking like that?
SPEAKER_08I received a phone call. And to make a long story short, this this person lost their mate. But what I thought about, I thought about my grandmother. I thought about Granny. And Granny had, I mean, don't take the wrong way, Granny had a very, very productive, healthy life after the death of Papa. And it's very important to have the correct thought process and meditate on the love that you do have. I also know what prepared Granny was. She would always say, after her mother died, she had a hard time. And she put all she removed all her mother's pictures. And then she said, but mama wouldn't want that. And she said, I I put the pictures back up. So I learned a lot from my grandmother about grief and how to let me just don't say it the wrong way, how to have healthy grief and unhealthy grief. Grief, you know? But I I saw I I I I saw a very powerful granny. A lot of memories we have is in the house that was built after Papa died. Papa never saw that house. Uh the house you've been to, Papa never saw that house. Wow. And that house has so many memories. But that comes from my grandmother deliberately having good thoughts. Yeah. Good thoughts produce good good memories. Good thoughts produce um healthy memories.
SPEAKER_02And so forth. Like faith, yeah, good thoughts produces a pathway to go forward.
SPEAKER_08But I was thinking about that because she knew I mean, don't take it the wrong way. She's she still had life in her. And she she lived that life. And that life was was needed because that life touched, I mean, there's so many grandkids named after her. Right. That would have never met her. Please don't take the wrong way, nobody, would have never met her if she chose to be depressed, or if she chose to die when Papa died.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_08That's it all of it. Begin with a thought process. Yes. And and but think about it. Her kids were still all of her kids were still alive, you know. Well, all of her kids are still alive except for one. Two. What? Two. Oh, yeah. Rufus just had a grandchild. Yeah. Yeah, Rufus just passed. There you go. There you go, babe. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Well, they're alive with her, so. But that's powerful for your for her to to have to be able to agree. That show shows a lot of strength, too. To have to go on. Yeah. Because she kept she kept giving life even after death. So that's that's powerful because it's like, no, what we built, I'm going to continue to water this until it's my time. So she she was able to see her grandkids, you know, get older, have kids, you know, and and that's powerful. Very powerful. Because not everybody chooses that. Not everybody chooses life after a long time.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, but it's a choice you have to choose every day. Yeah. It's a choice you you you have to, and that's what I was determined. I'm not gonna allow Jessica to just meditate on this map, you know. Right. Right. I mean, it's I love her, you know. It's 150, like I gotta be as good too.
SPEAKER_01It's like uh looking at me like she's 150. She told you, like, is she coming? I'm like, it was who coming? Like she is she coming? I'm like, what?
SPEAKER_02Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_06No.
SPEAKER_02Now that's that's that's powerful though. But that's again, that's taking charge and saying, I'm not gonna allow my daughter to just meditate on this, and I'm not gonna allow her to say, because this is you know one of my challenges, that I have to meditate on it. No, we're gonna meditate on a solution, whatever that may be. You know what I'm saying? And we're gonna keep going forward, and it's not gonna become something that just wait, like we allow to weigh her down because that's not healthy.
SPEAKER_08Life is too beautiful, yeah. Too beautiful too beautiful, too great. You know, that's come we gotta have that charisma, babe. You know, you know, go tell a friend to tell a friend to tell a friend, you know.
SPEAKER_02I'm gonna get a shirt that says that.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. What are you doing? Patting your thighs?
SPEAKER_02I'm patting your thighs.
SPEAKER_08That means you must be down here somewhere.
SPEAKER_02Why do you keep leaning in the camera showing your three waves?
SPEAKER_08You know, I was when I was telling people about when I was at the Dominican barbershop, and the guy didn't speak to me. But he came in with hair. He he he's usually bald from here to back here. He came in with hair. So I'm like, yo, where you get hair from? I mean, maybe he had I'm telling you.
SPEAKER_00You asked him that?
SPEAKER_08No, babe.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I'm about to say that's probably why he was mad.
SPEAKER_05Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Oh man, I'm happy you didn't ask him that. Maybe he wanted you to acknowledge it, like, yo, bro, that looked nice.
SPEAKER_08Nah, well, I think I already messed up doing that. No, no, yeah, why long. But nope, gotta get some thoughts together. I'm in. Healthy thoughts. Another thing I want to say too, it's very important for people to spend quality time with their families.
SPEAKER_03No, that's true.
SPEAKER_08Especially, you know, if if you're working a certain number of hours, make sure you're making making it home in time to be with the family, create family time, you know, and so forth and so on. Because it's hard to be working all day, and then, you know, before you go home, you know, you gotta go to shop right, gotta get gas. Before you know it, you're getting home at 11, you know. Why are you laughing, babe? I feel led to say that. I do. I I I really do feel I feel led to say that. Look, even Daniel said yes. Daniel, like, I come home and Jackie on the phone praying for people. She had Jackie having a constant prayer, prayer, like, what Daniel, Daniel, you're cooking. Daniel, like, everybody get prayer in this house but me.
SPEAKER_02She's like, who making dinner? Nehemiah, Obadiah, Zachariah. No, but that's that's good. Daniel's always cooking for Jackie. That's good.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Oh, William.
SPEAKER_02There you go, Daniel. Keep her happy.
SPEAKER_08Well, I guess that that's the reason that he won't be serving her divorce papers.
SPEAKER_05Jackie's like, and what is this? And what is this?
SPEAKER_08No, the the shock would be if Daniel just serves her divorce papers, like yeah, Jackie be like, put it in there with the bills.
SPEAKER_02I can't, yo. That is crazy.
SPEAKER_04Oh man. Oh, we're so.
SPEAKER_02No, but this is this was a good discussion.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, well, I want you to move on it. You know, don't drag your feet. Move on it. Take the take your thoughts the right way, you know.
SPEAKER_00Even though I had evil thoughts in my heart, you said you wipe up wipe my teeth and give up. Oh, you know somebody's lyrics, man.
SPEAKER_08That one, it seemed to go.
SPEAKER_04That one seemed to that one seemed to, you know. That one right there seemed seemed to fit in.
SPEAKER_02Oh, he he gotta respect the persons. He knows his daughter's lyrics. Go on, Jack A. His daughter, my cousin. Go ahead with it. Well, it's 1004.
SPEAKER_08I'm in. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Let's get the going. You got closing thoughts?
SPEAKER_08Yeah, my closing thoughts is make sure you're spending quality time with your family. And recognize one another's load. Because it doesn't make a difference who you are. If someone's carrying more of a load than someone else, eventually it becomes noticeable, you know. And don't take the wrong way, but don't treat your marriage like it's a business. Treat it like it's a love relationship, you know.
SPEAKER_02Wow, wow, that's powerful.
SPEAKER_08Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02That's powerful.
SPEAKER_08Mm-hmm. Well, that's powerful. What say it like Christine would say Jackie? You're powerful.
SPEAKER_02That's powerful.
SPEAKER_08Powerful. Kentucky way. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Most definitely. Nope. That's that's that's a blessing. So thank you guys for tuning in. We will see you next week. And let's go.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, because I thought we were gonna do last week, but I didn't know how tired I was.
SPEAKER_02You know, um, babe, we were still outside. Like I know the problem. We were dropping off. We had to find the venue, and then where'd we go? Starbucks. Last week was just a lot, like to to try to do the show. And you I have to convince you to be okay with not being. Well, I'm very diligent. I thought we were gonna do it. You can be diligent, but you can also recognize when you need to just take a moment, you know.
SPEAKER_08Real quick, everybody, real quick. Uh, had a very powerful conversation with Pastor Dion from Durban, South Africa. We're gonna start advancing the kingdom again in South Africa in the mighty way. So let's keep that up in prayer. Amen. All right, babe. It's 1006. Yeah, don't make sure you don't delete the show this time.
SPEAKER_02I didn't delete the show last time.
SPEAKER_08Make sure you don't. You better talk to IG. Love you. And the next time we go somewhere, let's not tell people we're here to support Monique. Pastor Monique.
SPEAKER_01You know what? You know what?
SPEAKER_08Hopefully, nobody good night. Come on, Pastor Shalom. We can do better. Love you now. Yahweh bless. Shalom.
SPEAKER_02Yahweh bless Shalom.
