Kav is The Joy Club's Head of Product. She brings experience across startups, scale-ups, and FTSE 100 companies in education, publishing, and hospitality to the role, having most recently worked at FANZO to bring sports fans together to create memories. Creative, commercially minded and strategic, Kav enjoys working across our teams to build the best experiences for our Joy Clubbers. Before joining the world of tech, she worked across politics, journalism and as a dancer, facilitating Indian dance workshops with UK older people’s charities. Kav is motivated by using tech to solve socially impactful problems and is really excited to work on bringing joy to retirees.
