As a former Vice President and Sr. Director of Data Governance at MFS Investment Management, Jennifer led a team overseeing data operations, architecture, governance, quality, literacy, and the organisation’s data vision. Jennifer is dedicated to transforming data into a strategic asset, ensuring robust governance frameworks, and fostering a data-driven culture.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Jennifer is an active voice in the data and analytics community. She frequently speaks at industry conferences, webinars, and forums, leveraging her expertise to drive conversations on data best practices and innovation. She is a member of the EDM Council and Women Data Professionals (WDP), where she has mentored aspiring data professionals for several years. She is a board member for her local chapter of DAMA International (DAMA Northeast) where she leads the educational activities for the group, including an 18-week CDMP exam study group. Additionally, she serves on the Global Advisory Board for CDO Magazine, contributing to thought leadership in data and analytics.

Jennifer is also an experienced Toastmaster, holding leadership roles at the district level to support the growth and development of fellow members. Her ability to communicate complex data topics with clarity and impact has made her a respected leader in the field. With a passion for data excellence, mentorship, and industry collaboration, Jennifer continues to shape the future of data management and governance.
