Interview with Emre Bardakci, Inventor of the Gripedo Trainer
In this episode, we are joined by Emre Barakci, creator of the Gripedo. Emre is a Bio-Optics and Biomechanics Engineer. He has studied Judo and Sambo and Eastern European strength training techniques.
Emre designed and developed the Gripedo, a patented training device intended to improve grip and arm strength strength along with conditioning in order to improve athletic performance.
Gripedo is used by Olympians, NBA, NHL, MLB, MiLB, UFC, Crossfit Games athletes, coaches, professional teams, and professional rehabilitation offices.
