At 18, just after my freshman year in college, I interned for Barbara Jones, then Barbara Bausman, at Universal Music Distribution. After my graduation, I went to the Disney Stores and then followed Barb to Sony Music. We've since worked on tons of projects together and she’s now THE social media marketing guru, running Outshine Talent. Her roster includes Charli and Dixie D’Amelio, Frankie Jonas, My Nguyen of My Healthy Dish, and so many talented creators.
