Paul wrote to the Corinthians, “All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything.” This was written to Christians in the first century, but what if we find ourselves with similar struggles today? This week, Pastor Jeremy talks about our culture’s unhealthy relationship with smart phones and social media. Too often, we allow these technologies to consume our lives and drown out the silent moments that God uses to help us grow spiritually. What would it look like to resist that influence? How might our lives be different if we refused to be conformed to this world’s habits and rhythms? He concludes his message with a list of practical steps to take if you find yourself struggling in this area.

This week, our hosts dive deeper into the subject of getting disconnected from technology, Pastor Jeremy shares more of what he found during his research for the sermon, he explains what outrageous content is, and the fact that ADHD people struggle with technology addiction the most.
