Jesus The Alpha And The Omega...

All life begins and ends in Christ.  Whether we like it or not, believe it or not, Christ our Lord reminds us of this truth.  We can either accept him or deny him.  We can live in him or live without him.  It is Christ that gives us free will to choose.  And it is solely up to us to choose wisely.  When we choose to be in Christ, when we accept Him as our Lord and Saviour, our lives change, we mature in faith, we mature through Christ, and our lives are directed toward heaven.  We can still live and work in the world and have Christ.  We can have him in the mass.  We can attend daily mass and receive him in the form of the holy eucharist.  If we are new to the faith we can attend religious education classes to help properly form our consciences.  We can make an appointment to see a priest and get our selves ready to respond to the call of Jesus inviting us to live in Him.  The catholic faith is amazing.  Once you learn about the sacraments, the rich history of our Lord, our holy mother Mary, all the apostles, all the saints, and angels, cheribums, seraphins, you will realize the rich tapestry and ancestry you come from.  Many will however deny the Christ, and never experience the rich fruitfulness of the catholic faith.  Others will see this invitation as a great gift and they will open up that gift and receive Christ alive in them in this century.  There is power, great power in knowing Christ, in serving Christ, and receiving Christ for all eternity.  I am so blessed to offer you the message Christ has spoken to me this day in my heart.  He loves the fact that we are gathering together in his name.  We are his children, he is our Father, and each lesson is for our benefit, not to be wasted, or taken for granted, but to be used for his greater glory.
