This is the surgery, this is your servers moment. Every moment is a part of a survivor's journey and we hope this moment will be motivational for you, for your journey of serving your customers, your coworkers, or your family. Hi, this is rocky desteffano and here is today's servers moment. Make no mistake about it guys

getting ready to go into battle. So here's something that you can do today to be a better leader. Okay, so this is something that we've done in the past and that has. It always works really, really well. People like to be thanked and we've talked on other moments about intimately one-on-one thanking them, but there is some power in doing this publicly also. And so what I want you to do today is I want you to look throughout the entire day. I want you to find something wonderful that one of your employees has done or your husband or your kids, whether they brought their laundry upstairs without being asked. Anything that they have done that has gone over and above. I want you to take them and I want you to publicly find three or four seconds and just how the team, hey, today I want to thank Larry publicly because here's what he did. Here's how it helped. Here's why it's so important. So let me repeat that guys. It's the what, the how and the why. What somebody did, how that was helpful and why it was so important and there is tremendous power in recognizing people in front of others. Even if

I think maybe they're shy or they might not like it. Trust me on this. Everybody likes to be recognized and that's it.
