Hey there we are Youth Ally, on this platform we are going to talk about and share youth related topics and issues. We are The Michael Marslew Youth Foundation, a passionate group of young people who address topics and problems and share them with our community. This is for young people by young people. We will search for answers to the questions you have and raise awareness for issues important to us. We think it is important to educate ourselves, discuss the facts and share with people who need to know them. We are going to interview industry leaders, key individuals, organisations and other young people who know their stuff and are keen to share it. This Youth Week 2021 we are announcing our video competition!!!!!

We will be running a video competition that gives you and/or your mates the opportunity to create a short film about the various experience’s youth face. The overall theme will be Transitions.

Young people go through various and often challenging phases of change such as transitioning from childhood to adulthood, mental changes, physical, emotional and social changes. What we are after are videos that in some way represent one or more of the transitional phases that young people experience.

Everyone’s experience of change and transition is unique and complex. this is a good opportunity to be creative and visually represent what transition means to you. It is an opportunity for the expression of your own experience. Or the experience of you and your mates
