Men are definitely the majority in police departments and but that isn't because women can't do it. Women just aren't seeking law enforcement careers as often as men. What's up with that? They explain the things they considered as they started their careers, the reasons they decided to become officers, and tell the truth about some of the myths that stop women from becoming officers.
