Welcome to another episode of my Zen pet, the first podcast with music, for pets. Specifically music for pet stress. I'm Lisa Spector, your pet coming Maestro.

(00:28):
Today. I'm going to be playing a Brahm's Lullaby for you and your pets to enjoy, but first, a Zen pet training tip.

(00:38):
Have you ever taken a nap with your pets? No matter what they are. And true confession here, Gina and I often nap together with she's spooning. So I'm behind her hugging her. She loves her tummy rubs so that lulabys her to sleep.

(01:01):
And sometimes what I do lately is I notice her breathing and I match her breathing so that I am in sync with her. And it then slumbers us both to sleep during our naps. I would suggest you try that. True confession here; I may not be the norm, but generally she doesn't sleep in my bed at night. But as soon as I go into bed for a nap, she's she knows it's her time. She's allowed on furniture by invitation. And that's our special snuggle time.

(01:40):
The Brahm's Lullaby I'm about to play is the perfect piece to lull you both to sleep. It's a recognizable melody. It's a lullaby it's designed to make you sleepy. And I hope it does that purpose, or at least relaxes you into a very Zen state. Thank you.
