Phil is an Air Force Veteran, Law Enforcement professional and the Intelligence Service, in the public and private sectors. Phil Owns West Coast Detectives International, Est. in 1922, which has been called the "Little FBI" due to the professional and success of the agency. Phil has appeared on all of the Major Television Networks and Cable shows sharing about Terrorism, Celebrity Stalkers and crime prevention issues. Phil has hosted his radio show "Crime Line" and Cable show "Security Watch" Phil is passionate about sharing how people can keep from becoming crime victims.
