PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR EXPERIENCE: Episode 108

Philip little Season 2 Episode 108

This post is about current events and how we can discover how they relate to the past and how we can determine some of the future. I use my investigative lens from my Military, Law Enforcement, Intelligence Service and Global Security experience, then I add a touch of my Biblical world view. The only hope for the future is if we learn from our past and change our habits. Thank you for liking, sharing, subscribing and hit the notification bell for future post.

Thank you for joining me today on the Private Investigator Experience Podcast. I'm your host, Phil Little. Actually, this is my second take on this both. Don't you just love it when you're in the middle of something and your camera just steps down and starts over. We'll go on from there. I talk about the cases in life of a private investigator and also look at cases that we've worked over the last one, three years. Also, I look at things out around the world that are going on as an investigator. Primarily what my job is in the private sector and it was somewhat in the public sector, but was to prevent a situation from happening. Figure out everything possible that could happen and try to hit it off. Now there's not a hundred percent security there, there never will be. If you wall your place and close it down, you still won't have it because we have all the cyber attacks and various tools and techniques today that people can penetrate your internal systems and find out what's going on. So I don't ever tell clients that they'll have a hundred percent security, but we can get the risk down to a manageable number that they can live with. Which will mainly protect their people and property. Even if you might have some losses, you don't wanna have a loss of any personnel. I worked my cases through the winds of my military law enforcement intelligence service, global security background. Then I add a bunch of my biblical worldview. I believe that my effectiveness as an investigator over these last years. As I look back on more than 150,000 cases in the last 103 years that, that we've worked at West Coast Detectives, I've been able to come up with better solutions for our clients, not only in the aftermath of a problem, prime or disaster, but in the prevention of it. And I look at a scripture, which I happen to believe is true. It will give me help in planning prevention. Now, we're never gonna know everything. God doesn't tell us everything, but he gives us enough where that we can get a sense of what the future may hold. Particularly in the New Testament and revelations, we get a real clear picture of what the end time is going to be like. So that we don't have to live in fear and we can then point our lives around trying to be effective as long as we're here on, on Earth. I am also aware that companies too many times have money at their. First thought when they talk about security or providing preventive security I have found that companies who have a proactive head, CEO, or owner that is proactive about preventing security and understands its importance of spending a bit of money, you can save a whole lot of money because prevention is much cheaper than enforcement. And I, I found that in hundreds and hundreds of cases that I personally would, along with our large staff over these last hundred three years. So my purpose today is to show some thoughts of the time we're living in and what we can be concerned about with all this going on in the world. Look at the event in the Middle East. Look at the events in our own country. The downfall of society, the violence that's on the rise. The move to push God out of society. The have a takeover of our country by others who have a different worldview and want to destroy. Our God and our worldview, and we can glean from what's going on right now and looking at events from the older New Testament to tell us where we're heading and what can be ahead. I am I am always honored and look back with. Gratefulness on the opportunities I've had to be part of Preventage security in many parts of the world. I have, my experience has not just been from books or colleges or education or theories. It's been on the ground. The first time I had missiles shot at me was after I was in the military and it was in Israel and Southern Lebanon. 1976 that we were on a ridge this north of matua into southern Lebanon going across the ridge above the LA River. A five convoy with Major Herda, the leader of free Lebanon, his deepest moving back and forth in the convoy to throw off anybody that might want to take him out, which they were trying all the time. And as we came across the ridge about halfway across. The driver of our, my Jeep said, look out incoming missiles. And we, oh my God, what are we into here? And then he laughed and said, oh, don't worry. They always me, they don't have guided missiles. Sure enough, they went behind us and over and I, from there, I got my indoctrination and doing on terrorism, on counterterrorism intelligence gathering. I always knew that intelligence together was important for my law enforcement and moving into the private sector days, but I learned how effective it can be and how it is needed. Prevention can only be enacted in the right form if we have the right knowledge, the right intelligence about what the risk may be. I know that. Some of my experiences I've had from out around the world that in other countries I've experiences. After nine 11, I found myself with an office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. And even with my background with course being a Christian and in the Israel background, I was welcome with open arms, supported and encouraged. Set up there and get involved. And I was in the in in Riyadh and also in Saudi Aramco. And I saw there that king of d at that time, who was the king, was very proactive on prevention. And he had given Principal Hammond bed knife. Who was the son of the interior minister at that time who later became the interior adminis director's, father's death, the power to stamp out the terrorists, and they did a great job. I was there when we had the first tourism symposium that King of Do had. It was the 2007 and we were the only American company there at the symposium with our booth and various schools. Techniques and things that we Adam and were using. And from that, I was, had a part in being asked to design a kind of tourism facility in Saudi Arabia, which would've housed the training center. And with everything from being able to have symposiums and expo seminars but training locals on how to operate various systems. And obviously some of those things, even after they got designed and submitted, they with all the events going on, they would get pushed aside. The other thing I had some involvement in was I was asked by one of the royal family members that, that were in governments to come up with an idea of how. Have a wall along the Yemen and border when it wasn't possible to build a physical wall. And with all the different issues that are there. And I came up with a a, the invisible wall, I call it, it was from both on the land and in the air, and it was using sensors and cameras with that would disappear into the ground and appear again with roads along the border for easy access of the, of vehicles responding to inclusions as well as drones, which unmanned aerial vehicles and helicopters that, that had the ability to take out targets if they were deemed hospital coming in. I've also I looked at very. At the Saudi Roco security when I was there, I was involved there in very many different ways and I learned the effectiveness of the three tier approach. Saudi Roco had, their first level was a very sophisticated fence or system around the complete facility. And then within that. A few hundred yards in was the second fencing. And in that, between the first and second it was the cleared. And the whole idea was if somebody broke through the first one they better not get through the second one. And then the third one was at the facilities, which was also by secured areas and tightly controlled who got in where and all that. So that is a level of security I've used in other places and government installations to ensure that we were able to stop the terrorist they would use forward looking radar with camera controlled weapons, that if something was deemed hostile it could be taken out before it got anywhere near the facility. So there, there's a lot of these things. A good preventive tool, but we have to use them now. Now, what's going on right now? What kind of preventive tools can we use right now with what's going on? Number one, we must first understand a problem. I've been reading in the Old Testament in what they call the minor prophets. We've got Jose and Amos and Joel and Obadiah and several others. Now in this part of the Bible, God is warning through his prophets, the destruction is going to be coming to the Israelis because they have left their God. Now you might say oh, these prophets they did some divinely inspired person that God has dropped on earth to speak his word. Here's one example. Aimless, one of the prophets. It says the words of Amos and Amos one, one who was one of the steep breeders. He was a farmer, steeper partner. He raised people. God used him to speak to the people of Israel, to each to God's message. You might be one that God could use as a prophet. Now what was this word? That all these prophets were bringing, it was the fact that the nation of Israel had turned away from their God the evil that judgment was going to come because they were becoming so evil in the word to say or doing things against God and against each other that God had said enough. Now we can look at our situation today. Look at the depravity in our own country. The large group of people that believe that killing their opponent is okay if they disagree with them. With the violence that's being rewarded and supported by politicians on this extreme, the way that our speak. Are being taken over by Lums and foreigners who want change our way of lives. Our freedoms and the way we operate welcomed a lot of these people in our countrys to come and join us and become part of us. But they haven't. They've come to divide us for us and destroy our Christian heritage and way of life now. Just an Amos here, and this is reflected, I would encourage you to read these prophets in the Old Testament. And you can, you've got a phone, you can find it on the phone. You don't have to have a physical Bible in case you don't have one. But Amos is in the word he's given to them. The to Israel is that. Judgment is on to come. He says in verse six, I will not repent. Now this is interesting here because it's using a country, a name that's look familiar with today. He says, I will not repent from punishing Gaza for three crimes, even four, because they have exiled a whole community sending them over to Eden. Therefore, I will send fire against the walls of Gaza and it will consume instead. Cs and then he goes on in different places. He says on, I will not re relit from Ton Tire or Three Crimes even four, because they're handing over a whole community of exiles to Eden and broken a peace treaty with their neighbors. I will not rerent from punishing for three crimes, even four because he pursued his brother with the sword. And he's thd his compassion and his anger toward them continually look at what and the rage between their neighbors and each other. Look at what's happening in our country or destructions on our streets and our cities that would be taken over what criminal elements. And he goes on to say he will not went from Ting Israel because. Their wickedness, their sexual immorality. He also comments, remember I destroyed Sodom and Gamar or their evil ways, and you are now heading towards the likeness of Sodom and Gamar. And my friends were headed there in our own today. The one thing about Revelations is in the New Testament is God gives us signs. We're never going to know. Or even probably a small part of it, but God will give us enough signs so that we can learn from our evil ways and follow him. Now this is not political. This is not about any democrat, republican, independent, or. Persuasion you might be not about religion. This is about the God who created us all and he wants us to live together in peace and harmony. We're not the same. No two people are the same. Isn't this amazing that God made us with different DNA from each one? No two of us have the same fingerprints. We are different and we think differently. We like different things, which God give us that free will to do that. But we're supposed to have love for our fellow man no matter what the color of their skin or origin, their background. And we're also to let them know the hope that's within us, that we have found the true living God who wants us to live for him and serve him and eternity with him. I, I am convinced that we as a nation are headed towards a path of judgment. If we don't repent and turn from our wicked way, our immorality, our worship can be idols. Yes, they're idols or worship than it could be power, it could be fame, it could be career. It could even be a per a person that we start worshiping. Or a grave, an enemy, or whatever it is. We worship being something other than the removing God. So we need to be alert and aware and with what's going on right now, as I mentioned in a re a previous post, the situation in Gaza is critical if, and I think it's a big'cause, I don't believe it's gonna happen. Hamas is not going to surrender their weapons. Their power and weave on their own volition. I'll be shocked if somehow and you would, obviously the Israelis are gonna make sure they, but we can't trust them because this is not physical. This battle in Gaza is spiritual and their whole purpose is to destroy Israel. And they'd be willing to back up and take a a different t perhaps. But we just need to be aware of what's going on because this can also tell us a little bit about the future. If we do have peace come to that region it, it can tell us that God is preparing for that. One of the final big battles that he's talked about in Ezekiel 38. So be informed. Get involved. Yes. You and I together could make difference study. Don't just take my word forward to anybody else's, check it out, or you can check the Bible out very easily. I know so many people and there's some famous people that set out to disprove the Bible as being fiction. I have not heard one. That did not come to this conclusion. They said they discovered during that process that it was true and they embraced the God of heaven and become one of his children. Now we're all created by God, but were not all Gods filled because there's a plan. If we become God's children, we have to be born again into his kingdom. Bridging the gap that was started in the Garden of Eden. And when sin came into the world and there had to be a penalty for sin, which someone had to die according to God's standards, he sent his son part of himself, Jesus, who came and died on the cross and she had his blood for us. Now the right. We then have the ability to receive that into our lives. Not only our health now and support here on earth, but a home in heaven within. So we have a lot to be concerned about, but the whole thing is so many people are complacent. So many people have their head in the stand. So many people don't really understand what's going on, and we need to wake up America, wake up. Step out the crowd. Don't be swayed by politicians, no matter if they happen to be of your party or wherever. And just follow them blindly. Steve blindly follow the leader. One goes over the what they all go over. And it's interesting that God talks so much in the Bible relating to us as he, we need a shepherd, he says. We need somebody to watch apples because we'll go right over that quick with everybody else. He called that really? And we need to stop and say I'm not gonna be a blind chief that's gonna follow is whoever or whatever. I'm gonna check out the facts to find out who has my best interest of heart. I encourage you get any old testimony here. Joel is another great only three chapters. It talks about, again, about what God's gonna be doing in the end times that he is going to be separating his people. They'll be coming back for a church that is alive and well standing firm, even in the midst of persecution. You could help me. And would you help me by liking, sharing, subscribing, and the drill, hit that notification bell for future post. I am I was struck by listening to the founder of. The the air company, but Jay jp John Paul Rio of Paul Mitchell. I, I was listening to him on an interview and he was asked if there was one thing that you could share with people how they could be successful. He said, the one word I would use would be kindness. Be kind to people. Be kind to those you don't know, be kind to those you don't like or you disagree with. And it just hit me kind. How do you treat people? Maybe stop and think and I hope it does you too. Rise up, step out of the crowd. What your voice be heard, be calm, informed. It's only with knowledge that we will be able to overcome evil. And stand against no matter what people might say about us or come against us or try to make us look foolish or ignorant or deplorable or of no importance. But if we know who we are in our God, we will be able to stand for no thank God bless you and your family, and may God bless America. See.
