After launching into superstardom with movies like Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore, Adam Sandler attempted to make an animated holiday classic with Eight Crazy Nights. Although the movie has its defenders, it was a major box office bomb and has been panned by critics. Today we're taking a second look at the Hanukkah classic to find out what exactly it does well!
