In this episode, Anita talks with Jo Temple about her work as a fitness instructor and her passion for yoga which led to her designing her own unique style of class. A mix of Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness Meditation and even funky dancing!

Jo Temple is a qualified and accredited counsellor working with adults and teenagers. She teaches Mindful Movement classes, which is a blend of yoga, Pilates and mindfulness meditation suited to beginners to inspire confidence.

Jo is a trained integrative counsellor, wellness coach and fitness instructor. She works holistically with a belief that mind, body and soul are all connected and we ourselves are also connected to the universe and everything in it!
