I did not always know I wanted to work in meat science. In fact, it wasn't really even on my radar. This week, I talk about my journey to meat science and how my faith has been impacted because of this industry. Though it may not resemble a plot of a Hallmark movie, it's still a pretty great reason to celebrate this holiday season.
