Neil loves the sector for three main reasons: innovation, the passion of the people, and the purpose. He believes fintech is filled with purpose, and since he began his payments career in 2012 by launching AccessPay, he believes helping people through innovation and technology is the core of what he does and loves. Andrea also talks about how Neil has done some amazing things in his career and how he has transformed the industry.
