SPEAKER_00Hello to our dynamics. So why this subject? Again, 2026, we'll be talking about our core dynamics. And if you like to know what they are, dynamicsseries.com. You can go there and then hit dynamics, and then it'll show you everything that we're covering is crafted for you to align with your own dynamic self on your terms. Our journey is filled with options, opportunities, and infinite possibilities. So let's uncover the reason you are here and explore what's possible together. Today, our fundamentals recording will be about exploring the subject of mind, the dynamics of the mind, information about the mind, and how and why you should care about your mind. So why this subject? Again, 2026, we'll be talking about our core dynamics. And if you like to know what they are, dynamicsseries.com. You can go there and then hit dynamics, and then it'll show you everything that we're covering. So as we get started, let's just set the tone for our time together today, as it's more than just a podcast. We are here to remind you that flowing through each one of us is a dynamic energy that is ours to use every single day. That's why the day in dynamics is capitalized. It is a daily choice to live dynamically. So let's take a moment and center ourselves, take a deep breath in and then out, be fully present, and listen with an open heart and an open mind, since we know that what we focus on expands. A part of being dynamic is constantly changing, being open to new ideas, and knowing we are always becoming something. So let's see what we become after listening to this podcast. So let us ask you the question first. Given that we're going to be talking about the mind, the dynamics of the mind, can you relate to it? Have you ever wondered about it, all the facets of your mind, the difference between mind and brain and subconscious and this and that? Let me let me actually just start with a definition of it while you're thinking about that question. The dynamics of the mind, and I'm reading this off of actually the AI, because I just wrote in or I just typed in the dynamics of the mind, and this is what it says involves the continuous interaction between conscious, subconscious, unconscious levels, shaping behavior, perception, and decision making. Yes, I think it's important to know your mind and how it works. It just goes on to say like key components include analytical thinking, intuitive perception, bodily sensation, which drive mental force and emotional responses. And then it says techniques to manage these dynamics often include visualization, meditation, self-hypnosis to enhance mental, emotional, and spiritual potential. Now I could go on and on from what is said, and then look up a variety of the definitions of the mind because, as you know, it is good to do your research. We're sharing what we feel is the dynamics of the mind. You can also just look up the definition of the mind and then decide how you want to define it for you or redefine it from what you thought. Oh, it's, you know, it's just my mind. It's nothing major. Well, yeah, actually it is. And the more you can have a relationship with your mind in the way it works, and the way you want it to work, then the more empowered and dynamic of a life that you're going to live. So the challenge is yours. Do you care enough or not? And at the least, we're just exploring, like we said at the beginning, to see what is possible together. And then you take what you want from this podcast and then move forward with it. So also for 2026, we're looking at the state of mind. Because to me, I heard the statement, my state of mind is more important than any conditions that are going on around me. Like, what is my state of mind around any circumstance, any event, anything that's happening that you feel that is either in your control or out of your control, but it's still what is your state of mind that you have? And there's various states of mind, including emotional states of mind, cognitive states of mind, consciousness-related states of mind that we already went over before: conscious, subconscious, unconscious, petitive, flow, dreaming, altered state of mind. You know, when you go into hypnosis or transcendent, the spiritual states of mind, the neutral or transitional states of mind, indifferent, curious, restless. So I think I have enough information as far as giving you some definitions and some redefinitions and different states. And I was so surprised because I thought, let's have some fun with this mind stuff. Sometimes we can be very serious because we we might want to control different situations so much that we forget to just release resistance and and just go with the flow. And realizing that you know what you think about in your mind with your thoughts are what are going to manifest and expand in your life. It's good to have this awareness to really go defining and redefining for what you want, for what you prefer on your terms. And right now, I'll just do the top four or five. Now, can you relate to that? The importance of mindfulness and your mental health. I know I can. The second one, growing interest in the subconscious mind and how subconscious mind actually plays a part in our life and does it? If it's subconscious, that means it's not conscious. So does it really have any power over us? Because you hear it a lot about it's your subconscious mind and what is held there. Is it playing the patterns in the background? Or do you have to be more conscious of the patterns that it's playing for it to have a real effect and influence on you? Number three, altered states of mind. So different ways that you go into the hypnosis and and the the trances and this and that. The digital mind. It says AI in neurotechnology. That's something to look up. And then collective and interconnected mind that we're all connected mentally, energetically, whatever means that works on, to reshape how we think about ourselves individually and community and collectively. You know, sometimes there's events that happen in your life or in your city, your country, the world that bring us collectively closer to what we want. The collective mind. And then there's the higher mind around that too, with the interconnected mind about universal consciousness. It's not just your mind, you're connecting to your higher mind, which some may call source energy, God, universal, higher mind, like whatever words that are used to that energy that we feel that is in and around us all the time. Inner guidance mind. It's very interesting of these surprising trends that are coming up. And I just want to add a couple that I might think, since I only shared five top ones, is the study of the mind, philosophy of the mind, and the mind-body connection, and the the creativity that comes from the mind. And I think that all of those are just as important. Like, what are what are your thoughts? I can't wait to hear your feedback and the importance of your state of mind and how mind is important and the dynamics of the mind is important to you as well. I know uh last year we did our mind matters podcast as well as some blogs. It'll be the same for this year. There'll be a couple podcasts on mine, and then some blogs associated with it, and they'll all be in the show notes. Doing the research again on the mind is like I found a quote from Marcus. You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength. Now, whether you agree with the verbiage of it exactly, but basically it says, like we've said many times through our dynamics, podcasts, vehicle videos, blogs, conversations, comments, is that it starts from within. It starts from who you are, your thoughts, your feelings, your energy, your emotions. How do you want it to be for you? So, with this quote of your you have power over your mind, is that the true strength comes from controlling your inner world, not trying to control external circumstances, because really you can't. Everyone has their own mind. You can influence, you can help change people's minds sometimes, but everyone has their own process, their own life path. Taking care of your own inner world and your own inner mind is really important. Some of the ways that you can do that, that we call Dyna Tools, just that goes with this quote is journaling. Now, I know people don't want to sit down and journal. They say sometimes they don't have time, or they'll do it on the computer. What I found most effective so far for me is actually journaling with a pen or a pencil and putting it to paper. I have a notebook that I keep. Actually, I have lots of notebooks that I keep that are my daily routine things in the morning and then at night journaling to put that mind, body, brain connection all down to paper, making it more real. Because I'm thinking the thoughts, then I've thought about it, I've visualized it, and then now I'm I'm I'm bringing it to the material physical world by actually writing it down and seeing how that feels, because then it just goes and goes and goes sometimes. And then if not such good things come up, I acknowledge what they are because we always want to acknowledge what our emotions are or our thoughts and feelings that are coming up about anything, honor them, acknowledge them. You just don't have to stay in them if they don't feel good for that long. Again, if you are having the power over your own mind, then you can tell your mind, hey, thanks for letting me know what I feel about it initially. Let's work together on my own terms, what I prefer on this subject matter. And you can switch it around. Some people call that NLP or just choosing something different or whatever label or words that you want to put on it. It is more about reflecting and writing about what focus do you want to have. And again, that inner will go to the outer law of attraction, like attracts like. I'll have to see that if we did a podcast, and if we did, I'll put the links on both in the show notes. And it's find things to feel good that will stimulate your mind, that will satisfy your mind, that will put you in a good state of mind. So that's why I like that quote so much, because it just opens up so many things around the mind and just how it starts from you, your inness. And yes, sometimes do we have to replace and redefine some of the things in our mind, the thoughts that we have, the definitions that we've put on something, the things that we've been told to think about something. Absolutely. And when you become more aware and conscious of that, then you'll recognize how important that is in your life because it will make you feel better. And once you feel better, I don't know about you, but I'd rather feel better than not feel so good. Now, next we're gonna go to some questions that people ask about the mind. We'll just go over a few.com, and then you can go into the contact and connect with us and fill out the form or just email us directly. The first one was what is the difference between the mind and the brain? Because we know that sometimes people think that they're the same. For me, and again, doing a little bit of the research is the brain is more of a physical organ that facilitates a thought, memory, and perception, while the mind is intangible. Consciousness, emotions, subjective experiences. Can they work together? Yes, but are they two different things? Absolutely. The second question can we control our thoughts? Well, yes, but it does take some focus of attention, it does take some techniques sometimes like mindfulness or meditation or some behavioral strategies that can help the thought patterns and improve the focus. But can we control our minds if that's a yes or no answer? Yes. If you want to take the time and the attention and the focus for it. And then the last one that I want to cover for the questions is does the subconscious mind influence our behavior? Now we talked about that uh a little bit before about if it's not conscious, is it really playing a part? Because it's subconscious. Doesn't mean that the thoughts are not there in the subconscious, but because it's not conscious, is it really playing a part? It operates below awareness, shaping habits, instincts, and reactions, and plays a significant role in decision-making and emotional responses that you're not aware of, that you're not fully conscious of, or that is just a pattern that is running. So if you're doing this and you hear a pattern or you hear yourself say something, or you're not feeling right, then stop. Take that time, journal, write down, say out loud, do whatever you need to do. There's so many techniques out there, and whatever serves you the best is the one that you should use until it doesn't serve you, and then move on, is just to change those up because it says below awareness. So if it's below awareness, you have to be aware of it before you can have power over some of those subconscious patterns that run. You want to try to catch it in the beginning stages of it not feeling good for you before it manifests into something different. So, audience, listeners, let's just do a quick check-in. How are you feeling about all these dynamics of the mind? Is it like, yeah, wow, that this is good? Good awareness, things that I can do, or is it like, oh, this is overwhelming? Or is it like, yeah, it's time for me to focus differently, redefine some stuff? I mean, again, it's your life, it's your life path. Like, how do you want it to look? How do you want it to feel? How do you want it to be? Who do you want to become because you'll have a better relationship with your mind? What do you want to believe? Again, up to you. As we say, feel free to do your own research on all of this, but it is about having that great relationship with your mind that no matter what is unfolding, what's happening, what's going to happen, that you are intentional, that you that you have that connection. And some people don't think about having a relationship with their mind, but to me it's it's so fascinating and it's so powerful and full of possibilities. Like, yes. And then we can go on and on about mind over matter and changing your mind and one's mindset and make up your mind, and sometimes we just have to lose our mind, maybe, so we can fill it with something that is better for us. Now I know that there's so much more, and that's why we keep going deeper on the mind. If you have some suggestions that you want us to research more on and talk about, then please do. But a healthy mind would be awesome. A good relationship with your mind. Maybe that's what what I'll title this. What is your relationship with your mind? Dynamics community. Take a moment now just to reflect on how this show will influence you or make you make different choices every day around the subject of your mind. What resources will you use? What research will you do? How will you make this information uniquely yours? And what will you become because of this awareness of this information around the mind? I mean, I can't wait to hear about it. So what now? We challenge you to take action, share this episode with someone who needs it, or explore our past recordings to keep the discussions alive.
