Water plan to help county, cities navigate water issues in the face of coming growth

The Box Elder County Commission on Jan. 28 unanimously adopted a comprehensive, countywide water master plan, approving a 238-page technical document intended to guide long-term planning for water supply, infrastructure and growth.
