Perry couple accepts deals in sexual assault case

A Perry couple accused last year of sexually assaulting a woman during a social visit to their home has reached plea agreements that resolve the case after months of court proceedings, pretrial detention and multiple felony filings. Ryan Wood and his wife, K’Dee Wood, entered separate plea agreements in 1st District Court following an investigation that began in May 2025, when a woman reported being assaulted while visiting the couple’s home.
