Box Elder County commissioners approved an agreement Wednesday to move forward with a Gold Star Families Memorial monument, planned for the courthouse grounds in Brigham City. The project, led locally by the Major Brent Taylor Foundation, is part of a national effort to recognize families of service members killed in the line of duty. More than 100 such monuments have been installed across the country. Jenny Taylor, widow of Maj.
