The hurricane kind of passed them so I don't know if they were experiencing some of that cool down from the hurricane that passed probably that hit who , excuse me , that hit louisiana , right , but , um , shout out to them .
Speaker 3I think they're doing okay , um , but yeah , it was cool , um , so I , we didn't do too too much . It was like more relaxing . And , uh , we did go to the beach and I was telling britney that this beach is . So we went to gaveston beach , texas . You good , not the tequila , no , I'm naturally clumsy , that could have happened anyway . Yeah , yeah , yeah . So we went to , uh , like gaveston beach and , bro , that shit was infested with jellyfish and let me tell you something , I didn't even see the jellyfish
Jellyfish Infestation and Nightclub Nostalgia
Speaker 3when we got in the water . As soon as I got my feet in the water , first , there was a lot of quicksand wait , wait , wait , all right yeah you , you didn't see no purple flags .
Speaker 2No , just listen , just listen , okay .
Speaker 3So , we get in . So the first thing we get in , it's a beautiful , it's clear skies , it's beautiful , beautiful beach . I've been this is my second time going to gaveston beach and there's a few beaches in gaveston , but um , so we get in there . The first thing is mad quicksand . So you know I'm freaking out because , remember , I told you my fear as a kid , because I watched a lot of xena , hercules and stuff . I thought that sand quicksand was gonna be a part of my everyday life , that I had to watch out for . Yeah , and I was telling Emily that my friend I went to go visit . I was like , girl , this is like my child , like terror coming true , mad , fucking quicksand . So that's that .
Speaker 3But as soon as I put my feet in the water cause I just , you know , I can't swim , so I'm not getting deep , so my feet were in the water I started to feel like there's jellyfish in here , just listen . So , so , so I , I'm just thinking to myself . Then this , this , this lady comes by . She's like hey , are you guys seeing the jellyfish ? I said jellyfish . She's like yeah , they're all around . I look to my left there's a fucking dead jellyfish right by my feet . We jumped the fuck out the beach . When I tell you it , that's when we seen it must have been occurring . I don't know what's going on , why they were all dead , but a whole infestation of jellyfish throughout that entire beach , yo , the entire well , normally beaches are known to have , like uh , seasons for jellyfish right right so I know august and long island is like a jellyfish time .
Speaker 4Um , typically later in the summer it's jellyfish time .
Speaker 3But but yeah , I , so a lot of people didn't know that you can get stuck , because I was telling people , because they were all around the shore , all on the sand . Like there's these kids I don't know who kids these was they was just doing like jellyfish cleanup . They had a big ass like wagon and they kept . They had a shovel and they were just piling on mad jellyfish . I don't know why . If that was my kid I would have fucked .
Speaker 4I got in there before like a dumb ass .
Speaker 1Um , yeah , it was family vacation and it was later in the summer , it was in August , and it was like like , I think , myrtle beach , one of the beaches , virginia beach and um , literally as each wave was crashing , you could see you could see them at the top of each .
Speaker 4So wild before it crashed in real is . Am I like I want to jump the waves , yeah , no we saw that shit .
Speaker 3We were like when I got out , but okay , but not for that .
Speaker 4I think that they're just a little . Yeah , it's just a little , when I I just felt a little thing , nothing crazy , yeah yeah , like nothing too much , but when they're alive and you get fucked .
Speaker 3You know it's a very painful when they get closer to shore , like what you're talking about when I'm talking about . There were so many they're dead , but like they still sting and it's not like you could touch the top , because these kids were like poking at the top .

Speaker 3It's the tentacles and they still sting you , even when they're dead . So this guy , when his family had got stung and his knee was his knee was bright red like a burn he got . He said I'm good , I'm not going in there . His wife is like , yeah , he just got stung .

Clubbing Nostalgia and Career Progression

And that's how it is in in houston . Like when you go to their clubs or lounges you pay 200 for a table , but in that 200 that goes towards your food , your drinks and shit like that . To me it makes sense . For me and her , yeah , but to me it didn't make sense for just me and her , because I wouldn't have ate that much food and I want to drink that much yeah
