#11 FSoE - safe data transmission with Safety over EtherCAT

The Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) protocol was defined in order to realise safe data transmission for EtherCAT. FSoE allows the transmission of safe and non-safe information in the EtherCAT communication system.
