In one of the comdeies by Bud Abbot and Lou Costello we find Costello unable to stop dancing whenever he heard a certain type of music being played... he couldn't help himself! He would be dancing, crying and screaming, "Stop the music!" Well that can be a lot like us at times... we just can't seem to stop obsessing about something and it's got us in a negative , unhealthy cycle of existence. We will be tackling these types of issues in these next 3 epidodes... stay tuned!
