We can't make peace if we ain't got no peace to begin with.
I used to think having a few drinks and smoking some good weed (I've done a ton of it) was the key to having "peace".
It was only psuedo-peace.
It was actually a simple altering of chemicals in my body that produced a type of euphoria that only lasted for a few hours.
Once the drugs wore off so did the peace.
Not so with the peace of God.
It is the real deal.
No preservatives or additives.
PEACE.
God's peace is found by Him living in us... spending time with Him while He is in us.
Relationship with God is the foundation for true, lasting personal peace as well as peace that we can "make".
Becoming a peace-maker starts and continues to grow with our time spent with the Prince of Peace.
