Restoring a broken figurine to it's original condition is no small endeavor.
Fixing it with glue is one thing.
Restoring it all the way to brand new (and better than new) takes an act of God!
I broke a tall, ceramic figurine of my mother's during one of my wild, house parties back in the 1970's.
We glued it back together (most of it).
It was pretty good but, it wasn't restored.
I would have had to cast an entirely new figurine in order to restore it to better than new.
The peace of God can actually provide the environment for faith, love and power of His Spirit's Presence to actually bring about/create a better than new restoration of things (re-creation).
No wonder peace-makers are known as the "children of God"!
