The Creative Frame - A Photography Podcast
A podcast for photographers looking for creative inspiration and a glance into other artist’s creative processes.
Are you feeling stuck right now with everything going on in the world? What would it mean for your photography to lean in, really lean in, to the idea of creating straight from the heart.
Creating for yourself not for the socials or for posting but creating work that resonates with you & makes your heart burst. How can we bring a little light into our lives right now through our art?
Each month I’ll be interviewing photographers about what’s inspiring their current projects, their dreams, and how they’ve found their voice as an artist along with how to stay inspired to pick up your camera. I hope you’ll join us for this adventure.

Finding Your Roots through Photography with Rebecca Metzler
For today’s episode, I’m talking with Rebecca Metzler. Rebecca is a Texas photographer who is in the business of preserving memories. She brings her small town values and experiences with her family to her photography style and business Front Gate Photo. Rebecca shares with us how her grandparents inspired her, how moving away from her small town helped her see that what she wanted was to be right back where she grew up, and how all of her experiences have shaped who she is today as a person and a photographer.
You can find all the information on her photography below!
