'It's all in your head' - a phrase I have heard all too often before I was diagnosed with CRPS at age 16 and a phrase almost every chronic pain sufferer can relate to. Spilling The Tea on Chronic Pain is a safe place where I discuss all things relating to chronic pain, a place for you to realise that it isn't all in your head and you aren't all alone. So curl up on the couch with a cup of tea, or lay down in bed, whatever is more comfortable for you and have a chat with a friend that can relate. We'll talk about the ups and downs of living a life in pain and I'll share my experiences, tips and tricks about how I refuse to let my illness define me or dictate my quality of life!
