Imagine the panic when your child jumps into a pool unsupervised—it's every parent's worst nightmare. On this episode of the Phil and Leroy Judgmental Podcast, we recount such a heart-stopping moment and use it to springboard into a deeper conversation about pool safety, local regulations, and the quirks of managing water and waste in small townships. With firsthand stories and community insights, we lay bare the challenges and solutions that come with keeping our loved ones safe around water.

Shifting gears, we don't shy away from the tough topics, tackling the tangled web of relationships, corruption, and societal norms. From a local scandal to high-profile controversies like Donald Trump's legal entanglements, we analyze how power and infidelity shape public perception. Moving into the realm of polyamory, we dissect the emotional and societal complexities of having multiple partners. Through historical and modern lenses, we explore what makes these unconventional relationships tick and the double standards often applied to men and women.

Finally, we scrutinize the ethical gray areas in various industries, from the entertainment sector's notorious scandals to the manipulation in professional sports. With examples ranging from Harvey Weinstein to Vince McMahon's WWE exit, we ponder the fine line between coercion and consent. We wrap up with a controversial look at the massage industry, discussing how blurred boundaries and misconceptions can lead to exploitation. Join us for a thought-provoking episode that promises to challenge your views on safety, relationships, and ethics in today's world.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, what's up everybody. Welcome to the Phil and Leroy Judgmental Podcast. I'm Leroy, so now we're gonna have part two. Our interview with Dan Cianci from the Daily American Podcast Links to his podcast is in the description too, by the way. So here you go Part two. Thanks for listening.

Speaker 2:

I guess the water kind of tears it into the disintegrating. So we've been taking it down, putting it up. And when she was two we had it up, she was in the house with my wife. I was outside, I had headphones on, I was doing some yard work, like all the way at the back like fucking grabbing vines off the tree and shit like that. I hear all the splashing. So in my mind I was thinking, oh, that's just the birds, because the birds like to jump in our pool. I ain't think nothing of it. Then my wife come on, she like hey, hey, where Ava to grab her? Here she was in a pool and she was kind of doing like this and shit, just chilling and shit. I guess because they say babies know what they're doing or whatever.

Speaker 2:

But my heart was beating so fast and then it just went back to the times that I almost drowned and shit. I was so fucking scared. You know what I mean? She had swimmers on or whatever.

Speaker 1:

She had nothing.

Speaker 2:

She didn't have anything on her, she came down the deck walked to the pool, walked up the ladder on the pool and jumped in the water.

Speaker 1:

She's got that calmness. She's got that calmness then like under like circumstances.

Speaker 2:

That's why I told you I used to take her swimming classes up where you were. I got to renew our membership but I was like she loved water, like she keeps saying like when you going to take me to the beach, I want to go to the beach, it's vacation time. She thinks every year when vacation rolls around. We got to go to the beach. She loves the water, like she'll be in the water when we put the pool up. She don't want to get out. She'll cry because we tell her to get out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's crazy. How old was she? She was two, damn.

Speaker 2:

I thought she had swimmers on when she was doing that. We have sw. She just came out of the house fucking probably still had a pair of bones, and just jumped in the pool, like you know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

And a lot of kids. There was one right around the neighborhood, like probably a little bit smaller, but somehow just jumped in the pool and that's it, and that was it.

Speaker 2:

I hear a lot of stories like that. That's another fear. The pool yeah, see around here when they send us the calendar.

Speaker 2:

They tell you everything. They put up this when they send us the calendar and tell you everything Biggest day now. It says you have to have a permit to put a pool up and you have to have a gate around your pool With a lock on it. I'm like damn, who's doing all of this? Like watch your fucking kid. You know me, but I was in a situation where the kid just came out the house, so I can understand people fucking now, how do you put a gate on?

Speaker 2:

You have to put a gate around the pool, so like my name is's an in-ground pool.

Speaker 3:

I can see that, but how?

Speaker 2:

They still have gates Like. I bought a gate it's a flimsy bullshit gate and I just put it up just to shut them up. They do say something, right, but like my neighbors, when they moved in over here the Mexicans, yeah, they had that big pool up, yeah, and I guess somebody must have said something to them. They never put a gate around the pool, but what they did was put a mind your business fucking privacy fence up. So now the only way you can see the pool you have to come up the driveway and look behind the house. So I said, baby, that's what we need to do. On this side of the house, right here, where that newsy neighbor liked to walk up and be talking to us while we were on our back deck, who was the? She's in everybody's business, but put one of those up right there that she can't.

Speaker 1:

She's the one that's calling it down.

Speaker 2:

She's the one that's calling on you I don't know if anyone called on me Because it's across the board on the calendar Like we're not even supposed to wash our cars in the summertime. They tell you you're not supposed to wash your cars out here. Why? I guess it's a water shortage. I don't want car wash dirt and water to get mixed into the regular cell. Like we don't even have a drain system at the end of our block. So like one year when we drained our pool, we let it run down the driveway for like two weeks the end of our block was flooded. Like people around the corner was coming out. Like where all this water coming from?

Speaker 1:

You seen all these people looking?

Speaker 2:

up the block. I'm like what the fuck? You know what I mean, because the water ain't had nowhere to go.

Speaker 3:

You know what I mean. So now would you just put it in a drain and shower in front.

Speaker 2:

Well, because we got our sub pump right here and the drop sink. Now the drop sink is connected line right. I mean there's still pool water going into the main line, but I don't give a clean it, we got ship water going to the main line walking pool water right right pools are, are must.

Speaker 1:

That's I. I want to get a pool.

Speaker 3:

I want to get a pool one day, yeah, when it comes to these small townships, then you can't uh, it's a whole lot yeah even with, even with, like recycling, they'll take everything, but they won't take glass.

Speaker 2:

Do y'all take glass?

Speaker 3:

we don't even have recycling anymore.

Speaker 2:

There you go. We got two trash days and a recycling day, but they won't take the glass. And then if you're doing yard work cutting grass or weeds and all that shit you have to put that in a lawn bag, not a trash bag. But we put that shit in a trash bag. I don't give a shit.

Speaker 3:

That's how you're supposed to put some trash on top. Yeah, exactly, that's how you're supposed to do it.

Speaker 2:

Uh, it's going to the same place, though that's how they do it, that's the thing about recycling too.

Speaker 1:

They got rid of recycling, probably for this very reason. I heard and I don't know if this is a case and I never worked in in the trash industry, but the recycling and the trash, because it's the same phyllis- now, the thing about that is is that true or?

Speaker 3:

not. They started the single stream recycling, which means that everything, instead of like separating the paper and the plastic, everything goes into one trash bag. Now my question is who is separating this?

Speaker 2:

nobody, nobody, nobody, yeah this is all bullshit, right? So down there the cities are getting funded because they're doing these recycling programs, but they're not really recycling shit. It's all a fucking hustle, right I don't even think about that.

Speaker 1:

the money behind everything. It always comes down to money, yep.

Speaker 3:

Speaking of that, y'all was in the news. What's going on with the police chief?

Speaker 2:

He got voted out but he said fuck that, I ain't leaving, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Who's that which one?

Speaker 2:

The Colorado police chief. The Colorado police chief, Okay yeah he got voted out like five to two, but then he still showed up on Monday. Pretty much like fuck that.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, it was on the news.

Speaker 2:

Those votes don't matter to me. He on that tip, yep.

Speaker 1:

Is he cool Do?

Speaker 2:

you know him or not? I?

Speaker 3:

don't know him, but I guess I don't give a shit. You know what I mean. So they voted him out. Do they have a new chief?

Speaker 2:

He ain't going nowhere. He's still there. He got voted out but he's like fuck that them votes don't matter to me. It's almost he's saying that those votes don't count. I don't care if the board voted me out, I'm still here. You know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

I got voted in. Was there corruption or collusion that he knows of?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, he was involved in some shit. I don't remember all the details, but I think he paid for like a hooker and some other shit or something.

Speaker 3:

They kind of mentioned it on the news, but I don't know, they don't really want to go into details.

Speaker 2:

You probably have to search it yourself to find out. But I think he like paid for some hookers or some shit.

Speaker 3:

So was he on the clock when he paid for hookers, or?

Speaker 2:

Probably. I mean, if he ain't on the clock.

Speaker 3:

Sometimes they still would. Be well, look at Donald Trump, they still would get on you about stuff like that for paying the cost.

Speaker 2:

But that's different, because Donald Trump they're trying to say that he was on a clock using money. What happened was his lawyer paid it all. I think he was running for president or just became president no, no, no, that happened years ago.

Speaker 3:

That happened like 20, 30 years ago.

Speaker 2:

Yeah that was years ago, but when the lawyer paid for him, that wasn't 30 years ago. To cover it up, the lawyer look at it.

Speaker 1:

The guy. It wasn't when he was president, I know that, but it could have been. I think it was right before he announced his running. Maybe, they pulled it out. They pulled it out.

Speaker 2:

Because, Because I know the guy paid for it, and then Trump pretty much ain't paying back. I was like fuck that, I ain't got nothing to do with it. That's why his lawyer flipped on him too. You know what I mean. Because he pretty much threw him under the bus.

Speaker 1:

He tried to look out for him and then he threw him under the bus. But in Trump's, in that move and running for president, if you think of it, he was probably advised like, yeah, you can't you can't have this on your record and shit. Yeah, you can't be connected. You deny it, you know. He did it, but you know he ain't fucking a pedophile like these other motherfuckers.

Speaker 3:

Right.

Speaker 1:

And you know I'm not saying if you're married I don't think you should be diving into that shit, but it happens. And you know, sometimes I think the male versus the female, we're just biologically different.

Speaker 2:

We are definitely.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, like we want to hunt, to chase and you know, but we still can love and we want, you know, the wife as well. But I feel like you know for myself I'm speaking for myself but I'm not married or anything but I've seen a lot of people agree with this, to me at least, and you know we're just innately completely different. You know they want to be coddled and comforted, definitely.

Speaker 2:

And me and my wife had these talks because, like I told her, like even if you believe in a Bible, a lot of those guys in a Bible that was supposed to have been good men, they had multiple wives. You know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

King David.

Speaker 2:

Wasn't no big deal, it? They have multiple wives. You know what I mean. King David, wasn't no big deal. It's like this is like New Age stuff, where they want you to be with just one female. You know what I mean. Even with, like you think of, what is it Not the Amish?

Speaker 1:

What is? Those people that's up in Colorado that have like a couple wives and all that shit?

Speaker 2:

Polygamy. It's a religious set that allows that the Mormons the Mormons yeah yeah yeah. As long as you can take care of them. What's the big deal? You know what?

Speaker 1:

I mean I say that's the thing, and if they get along, they get along Most of them are busted though.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but it's only a headache, it's like a pain in the ass. It can be both ways, because sometimes they have both wives in the same house house. Then other times you have the one wife who live here and the other one live here. You know what I mean. But think about it If you got two wives, they both live in the same house. If she don't want to give you none, but she's down there, you go. Y'all happy family.

Speaker 3:

She ain't feel like it, she hooked you up, and then that other woman will get jealous because you always they do.

Speaker 2:

But I'm saying why you didn't got to do the laundry and cook food, but now you only got to do one and the other girl do the other.

Speaker 1:

If they could get along, if they could put aside the envious and jealousy. But here's the thing I put myself in a situation like that. You must be out of your mind if you think that I would allow something opposite like that to happen. You know what?

Speaker 2:

I mean yeah, exactly.

Speaker 1:

That would never happen. There's a double standard though, but again, men are men and women are women. But now society, they want men and women 100% equal. And then you got all these transgenders. What's the matter? What they are? I mean, they're a man, a woman. Everybody's fucking confused. It's a whole nightmare the way society is going.

Speaker 1:

But I got one real life example, for the polyamory is basically multiple loves Serve with a gentleman. I don't want to drop his name, even though I think he may have talked about it when I had him on. He's probably one of the dudes I look up to most Badass, motherfucker, but so humble and just like a good, good dude, like really solid dude. And he's got I know he's got two baby moms and I'm pretty sure he loves them both. Like I don't know if it's equally, but he definitely 100% voices his opinion for polyamory, and in like a loving way and not in like a demonstrative, like I just want to fuck bitches, like that's more so me, I would say I'm more so like that. But he, like you know it works for him, I think, and he opened my mind to it because you know innately, we're just beasts, you know.

Speaker 2:

We're animals. We just weren't.

Speaker 1:

This is what it is you want to see up Like, um, what was I about to say? But people think I'm a maniac for thinking like that. No, I'm like.

Speaker 3:

Who says that?

Speaker 1:

Who said that you were a maniac, if you think so last night I actually commented on she's got like 15,000 followers on Facebook. I don't even know how we're friends on Facebook, but I've never communicated with her in my life, but she posted something what's your biggest conflict when it comes to a relationship? And I flat out just said what I just what we're talking about. I want to be with multiple women. What we're talking about, I want to be with multiple women.

Speaker 1:

I think it's like my natural, like innate self and obviously it causes conflict because I can't. Nothing's ever good enough. I want, I want more, I want another one, you know, and yeah, she did respond back. I don't know, we've been going back and forth, but she was cool about she handled it real well and like she was cool about it, she handled it real well and like I'm cool with that. People can have opposite opinions and as long as everybody's respectful, that's cool, like I'm cool with that. I would love to have respectful conversations with people that see the complete opposite of me, to learn and to still be cool. You know, like people get heated People get, they can't control their emotions, especially like politics and shit. That's not me, I think the females.

Speaker 2:

They put too much feeling and emotion with everything and that's why the different relationships Don't work out Like it can be a girl that get on her fucking nerves but she look good, got a fat ass. You be like you know what? She get on my fucking nerves but I'm gonna go see her. You can fucking hit and then fucking split and think nothing. But a female can't do that. If a dude get on a nerve, she don't want nothing to do with him or whatever. You know what I mean. Shit like that, yeah, that's 100% true.

Speaker 1:

That's 100% true. Yeah, they do come back around, though I've had a few that, just like they, always they linger back or they go. Try. I'm like, all right, focus on your children, go date, and then they'll circle back around because these other dudes A they're bullshitting them, they're lying, they're cheating. You know, some of them stealing, honest to God, and it's just like fuck man, like these guys got no integrity. At least she could get pissed off at me for keeping it real and saying like, yeah, like it's really hard for me to just settle down and be with one woman.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it just is, and they respect it at the end of the day, which is why they circle.

Speaker 3:

Well, they respect it because you told the truth. That's number one. I mean, there's no reason to lie to a female and really know if she either do it or don't.

Speaker 2:

And they circle back because they know sooner or later you're going to want to settle down and if you're a good dude and they like being around you, maybe they'll get lucky this time.

Speaker 1:

That's where I feel bad, though. That's where I feel real bad because it's like then they call it stringing me along. I told you to do your thing. Sometimes, from the very beginning, I'm just like this is not going anywhere Ever. Just lay it down like that Worst case scenario. Sometimes it works out in my favor and a lot of times it doesn't. It's better than hurting feelings, man, that's. The last thing I try to do is like hurt people on earth. But this indian dude told me that. He said you can drink smoke whatever to the flesh, to your own flesh, but once you know you start hurting other people and bringing them down or destroy your own body, it's just your body, it's not your soul, right? And he said but once you start like if that, if you're what, if you, if you do ill will towards others, that's when your soul begins to like you know right, get some damage now, uh, what happened to the uh smoke shop?

Speaker 3:

didn't you have a? Uh no, that was just a a quick little sponsor uh, Because you made it seem like he was like oh, no, no, no no that wasn't. What did I make? It seem like, Like he was like owning. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. And the smoke shop was around here somewhere right, yeah, broomall.

Speaker 1:

Yeah okay, yeah, right up the street. Yeah yeah, Indian dude, he's a good dude, raheith, but yeah they push products in there that I shouldn't take part in.

Speaker 3:

I definitely should have him as a sponsor.

Speaker 1:

So they heard your podcast and you I actually would go in there and just grab smokes and then got to talking to them and I told myself I wanted another sponsor because my brother's company sponsored it for a little while, but I wanted to just source one on my own and I never tried. So I went in there and, yeah, I did a couple posts. He paid me a couple hundred bucks and gave me some discounts on some things and it wasn't much. But I just like this when I say I'm going to do something, I got to do it. Now I could be reaching out to people left and right and trying to find a sponsor, but I'm not there yet. I don't want to just do something like that again, where it's just like a Try to take these things to the next level, Leroy.

Speaker 3:

We got to get these things to the next level, right, because I thought that just the way that Instagram video was like you was like a co-owner, Really Right.

Speaker 1:

What did I say? I don't even remember what I said.

Speaker 3:

This was like maybe last year.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, I remember the video.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, you were sitting in there. No, you were busting jokes on. I called him a puto yeah and on the bottom of it, on the bottom of it, what did you write? I forget.

Speaker 1:

Partnership.

Speaker 3:

You might have. Yeah, and that's what made me think that you was like a.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, not a no, no, no, no. Like, even at the company I used to work for, we call them partnerships. When, like, when you strike a deal with another contractor or anything, that's what we would call them. But I get what you're saying like an actual partnership. No, no, no, no, no. I can see how that seems like that. That's my art of manipulation you got to pick that up later on.

Speaker 3:

Is that a book that we're supposed to read? Since Phillip is the reader here, he reads that up.

Speaker 2:

Well, like I said, technology changed and made people stupid, so we don't read no more.

Speaker 3:

Okay, so can I get the audio book?

Speaker 2:

Maybe I don't know. Job Corps. I read early days in the military I read Once these smartphones came out, you ain't got to read shit, no more.

Speaker 3:

Well see, I still read, but most of my books are like biographies or autobiographies and I read them off the tablet. But now they got these programs.

Speaker 2:

You can have it on your tablet to read and write to you.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, so see my books. When I was a kid, I was always a fan of pro wrestling, so Me too. Every time, like for Christmas, I always asked my mom to get me a whoever had the book out, and one of my favorite books that I can think of when I wasn't really a kid I was probably in my late teens, early 20s when it came out was Dynamite Kid.

Speaker 1:

Who's Dynamite Kid? No no no, it was just before my time.

Speaker 2:

How old are you 35.

Speaker 3:

Oh no, he probably won't remember the British Bulldogs.

Speaker 1:

British Bulldogs. Yeah, are you sure British Bulldogs? Yes, because I know the Bulldog.

Speaker 2:

The British Bulldog Without the S. You remember him.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, big swole dude. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3:

Davey Boy Smith you're talking about.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3:

But he was the tag team and the tag team was the British Bulldogs and the other guy, dynamite Kid. He wrote a book about his life story and all that stuff and it was like interesting to him Because you know they had wild stories about doing drugs and going this on the road and doing that and all that stuff.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, they got all jacked up.

Speaker 3:

I probably was like in my when that book came out. I had to be like in my late teens to mid-twenties when that book came out, so I wasn't really a kid.

Speaker 1:

But that's the only book that I can think of. I go back to Art Anderson and the Four Horsemen, but that's really Macho man. I think I saw Andre the Giant once. Maybe I don't know if I did. Maybe, if it was, I was really, really young, but I've definitely seen the reruns with him and Hulk Hogan. I was locked in in the 90s. I had the Cianci 316 shirt.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, you're very young. You're very young because Austin 316, I definitely was in my 20s then my mid to late 20s, mid 20s.

Speaker 2:

That was like 90s. When Steve Austin came around, I was like getting out of wrestling. Then, yeah, before. That is when I was deep how old are you guys?

Speaker 3:

I'm 47. That had to be Austin. 316 came out. That had to be what? 98, 99?

Speaker 1:

These dudes look younger than I do. I'm 35 out here with all gray hair. I'm shot out, I'm out yo.

Speaker 3:

It had to be 98, 99. So yeah, I was in my mid-20, 20s, early 20s, when 2000, maybe WCW closed in 2001. I want to say Austin 316 had to be out in like 98, 99.

Speaker 2:

I remember when Steve Austin was a wrestler but he wasn't Stone Cold, he was just Steve Austin and I used to be a big time WCW and WA guy. You know what I mean. So I didn't give a shit about WWF. That was like clown wrestling to me. And then when people used to tell me, oh, wrestling is phony, I'm like no, it ain't phony. Let me show you how phony it is. I'll fuck you up. You know what I mean. And I knew, like arm bars, leg locks, I and to me in my mind I was thinking it can't be funny. These dudes are bleeding, they're breaking their neck, they're breaking their arm and they really was getting fucked up. But a lot of it was scripted too. You know what I?

Speaker 1:

mean yeah, I think it's all scripted, but they still like mankind getting thrown off the cage by the Undertaker. Oh, his tooth coming out.

Speaker 3:

Well, here's a question for both of you. Now. You just mentioned scripted and pro wrestling. Now it's a lot of people that's into professional sports say that's scripted. Now, do you believe that?

Speaker 1:

I think that there's definitely ways for referees and certain individual players to fix games. I don't think it's some grand scheme, because there's just no way that secret would be able to be kept because somebody's getting mad somewhere along the lines. I mean, come on, look at the day and age. We live in Cameras and all that, but it's too easy. Imagine, you know, I link up with Mott 15 years ago and before even online gambling or anything like that. Online gambling makes it that much easier. So I happen to have an uncle who's a ref and nobody knows about that. I don't tell anybody. I told Ma, because I got 30 grand cash right here. I'm going to give it to Ma. He's going to upload it into his bank and put it on a fucking game, because I know which way it's going to go. It's just too easy. I mean, that's what happened with the dude Tim McGonaghy.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, mcgonaghy, yeah, he pretty much did the same thing as you just said.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's too easy. Now, you know, I wish I had a plug like that, because if you're out there, you know give me a shout, phil.

Speaker 2:

what's your thoughts? He pretty much said it right. Like I think it's definitely shit that goes on behind the scenes with players and officiating and they kind of like they can't script the whole game but they can do just a little bit to get it past you. It's still going in their favor. Like I said, if it wasn't no big deal, the NFL wouldn't have the injury report coming out before games for players and shit like that. That's all part of gambling and they're making a lot of bread off of it. You know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

Same with the NBA. You know these guys will be scratching. All of a sudden they're suiting up in warm-ups Meanwhile. That manipulated the line by like 10 points. Also fouling Fouling in the NBA, in college, whatever. When you foul, you go to the free throw line. They're like automatic points. You do that If there's early fouls and you're already at the free throw line. It's going to be an over. They're not predicting, they're not fucking with the outcome of the game, they're just fucking with the fact. Points total. That's probably how they justify it.

Speaker 2:

You see it all the time. You see refs heavily favoring one team calling everything. Then these other dudes get beat up on the other side of the name calling the player, get mad and call him out on it. Then he get ejected or attacked. You know what I mean. Like shut the up. We got this pretty much yeah, yeah, I agree.

Speaker 3:

I agree. It's very easy for the referees can can dictate who to win. Even we talk about point spreads.

Speaker 2:

It's very easy for a referee to dictate what's going on because, like you said, you just can call fouls and then we're like a lot of these sports they have replay but a lot of they don't even want to replay like you can put. You can put replay in every sport to make sure that it's 100 fair across the board and allow the challenge anything they have.

Speaker 3:

Certain stuff you can't challenge yeah, that's your call, but I can't challenge because you're not allowed to challenge that. Or spots on the ball.

Speaker 2:

You'll see a motherfucker get a first down. The ref will grab the ball and put it back there. Get the fuck out of here. What's that about? You know what I mean?

Speaker 3:

And how about how the coaches can't challenge in the NFL? What's that? The last two minutes?

Speaker 2:

of the quarter.

Speaker 1:

That's fucking the most important part of the quarter. You know what, too? The way they make some of these fucking calls.

Speaker 2:

And some shit is obvious and the player won't even challenge. I mean the coach won't even challenge. He's like why didn't you challenge that call? And then we see in the replay it was obvious, he should have challenged it.

Speaker 1:

Well, I was saving my timeouts below the two-minute mark. You know what I wanted to run by you guys. So I saw this and I haven't been paying attention to the news or anything, but I saw this twice and I got to talk about it. So, vince McMahon, back to wrestling. Vince McMahon, he's like a multi-billionaire or whatever a guy set. I think he stepped down. I think Triple H is the face now.

Speaker 3:

Okay, he kind of got fired.

Speaker 2:

How can you get fired from something you own? They want us to believe that.

Speaker 1:

I bet you.

Speaker 2:

he's still getting a check behind the scenes, yeah.

Speaker 1:

That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

You can't own something and get fired from something that you own. They can force you to step down, they can say you got fired, but in the scheme of things you're still the owner of this.

Speaker 3:

You know what I mean? No, because they sold it to uh the same company that owns the ufc. So, uh, he's not. They don't the man's don't own uh wwf anymore.

Speaker 3:

Well, that's different if he's solely that's different, but he was when they did the sell self. When they sold it, he was still in charge of the company and they kind of sort of endeavor I think is the name of the company. I'm not sure whoever owns the ufc endeavor um, he was still in charge. They wanted him to be in charge and, uh, all the stuff went down. Was you gonna mention the sexual stuff?

Speaker 1:

yeah, so yeah, that's what I was gonna get into with. Uh. So I, yeah, obviously I read the article and I was like man, this guy, he seems like a little slimy, slimy dude and apparently he had this young intern and he's basically having her rail. I don't know, I think it was Triple H involved.

Speaker 3:

No, it wasn't Triple H, it was Johnny. H was his name back in the day. You remember the Royal Warriors, mm-mm. The Legion of Doom. Yeah, yeahmm, oh, the Legion of Doom, yeah yeah, yeah, I got the Legion of Doom.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay that is Animals' brother.

Speaker 3:

John Laurinaitis, that's his name.

Speaker 1:

Oh, okay, okay, he didn't wrestle in a.

Speaker 3:

He wrestled, but he didn't wrestle in a WWE.

Speaker 1:

Well, mcmahon would be sitting back there watching and then taking part in it as well, essentially making her fuck this dude. While he's sitting back, I don't know if he's fucking beating his fucking.

Speaker 2:

That was the whole story it was about she was banging a dude and making him watch it, but he was pretty much like.

Speaker 1:

You know you gotta do this. This is like your job. Almost you can't do that. And when you got all that money and you're the fucking face of the WWE, that's. And you're the fucking face of the wwe. That's like roger goodell fucking, grabbing giselle, bunching and making her bang like fucking. I don't know ladania thompson or some shit right there.

Speaker 3:

It's crazy the girl um the girl. He met the girl like in his apartment complex or condo it wasn't.

Speaker 1:

It wasn't in the office.

Speaker 3:

No, I'll get to that so she needed a job and all that stuff. So he had got her a job, which you were saying. So he would, uh, do sexual, sexual things with her, like all type of sexual stuff, and he would tell her to like take pictures of you doing this and all that, and he would show all the guys on the job like, look, look, what you're doing right there. He would show everybody. So, um, okay, he was sleeping with her. So then john laurenitis john laurenitis, I forget his job title there john laurenitis would sleep with her too, and they were like, hand her off.

Speaker 3:

They would either have sex with her together, like like he said that he would do it and she watched, or she would like go down to the office and sleep with like one sleeping one, then go down to the office and sleep with like one, sleep in one, then go down to another office and sleep with the other. So what happened was, uh, she was going to sue or whatever, and they had an agreement that he was supposed to pay her this amount of money, uh, whatever. So the time money time came, he ain't come through. So this is when we get this lawsuit and all that stuff and the reason why I came back up again is because one of the pro wrestling guys had uh, she was a jane doe in a court case. Do you know all about this stuff, or?

Speaker 1:

no, I don't. No, no, I just read a couple articles and that was it. I got the gist of it, but not. Not like the whole facts and everything.

Speaker 3:

So one of the guys and uh, one of these pro wrestling uh guys, um, he uh outed her name, powder her name out, and that's when they had sued again, because if I'm a jane doe, how did my name get out? So it's like the same case as you talking about, but her name is in it now. So, since that's why she's uh when was the original case? Years.

Speaker 3:

No, the original case may have been about two years ago okay oh, and then when endeavor brought him back, that's when all this stuff came again. When the pro wrestling guy had mentioned the girl's name, that's when all this stuff came in and they had let her go. And so I'm agreeing with Phillip about this, because it's not like the father and the daughter still talk to each other.

Speaker 1:

So you mean to tell me she's not telling him what's going down with the company and all this stuff he's probably got royalty fees until the he his, his, his grandkids grandkids got royalty fees right, so he he's still on the payroll, it's just he's just not, you know, ceo or, or whatever right.

Speaker 3:

So you mean, when they talk on the phone, they never mention anything about the company?

Speaker 2:

yeah, right, but and she's still with your wage, yeah, the second time.

Speaker 1:

Second time I saw it it was on Rogan's podcast. He was interviewing Kurt Angle and Kurt Angle he actually likes the only clout I got. He likes some of my reels and he follows me. Kurt Angle, he only follows like 300 people, I don't know why he follows me, but he's on the podcast and he's telling the story. You know how good of a guy and rich Vince McMahon is. Now I tried to see if it was like a newer podcast. He did or what. But you know I get it. I get some women are grimy, but I feel like if you're in a position of power and you got all that money, maybe don't like if you want to banger, banger but don't fucking pay her, bang her and then toss her to other dudes like you. Just keep see. I.

Speaker 2:

I'm like in the middle in this, because the way I feel is, first of all, you shouldn't be a banging employees, 100% agree with it, even if they work for you. Now, if they work in the same company, I'll be sure about that, but if they work under you, yeah, then hands off. I agree with that part. The second part I see is where is the personal accountability? She's a grown female. She could have said fuck you, I'm going to go work over here, right? She didn't have to take, and that's the same with Harvey Weinstein and all these other sexual cases. None of these actresses had to fucking sit on that couch and do what they had to do to get that job.

Speaker 3:

Well see, the thing with Harvey Harvey lasted a long time. Those were kids, though. I'm sorry, I'm talking about the adults. Yeah, yeah, yeah Kids is more.

Speaker 2:

I'm talking about Epstein.

Speaker 1:

I'm talking about Epstein, yeah yeah, yeah, no, that's different.

Speaker 3:

Harvey Weinstein was like the big movie guy and see the thing about him is. He lasted a long time doing that because he came through. If he told a girl, hey look, do this, I'll get you a role, he wasn't bullshitting, he.

Speaker 2:

But so back to that. You're a nobody actress, you want this job. And he said well, shut that door and fucking blow me in, I'll get you that role. If she shut the door and blow him, you should be able to sue years later. He got you that role. Now you're in Hollywood, a big-time movie star, making millions of dollars because of that little incident that y'all had. But you can't then turn around and say I was a victim, you took advantage of me. You're an adult. Where's your personal?

Speaker 3:

responsibility. I see what you point. It's like a little line there because you are taking advantage, because you don't have to tell that girl to do that. You're right and it goes both ways.

Speaker 2:

You shouldn't do that and she shouldn't agree to that. We're both adults here. That's why I said I'm kind of like in the middle. I hate all these females that come back and shit.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you're right. If you're a minor is one thing. He took advantage of you 100%.

Speaker 2:

If you're an adult, you know right from wrong. If you chose to go the easy way out, open your legs to get this role, then deal with the consequences of it. You know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

You don't's just fucked up. No, you're right. And then we've got to also consider all these variables too. Like is her mom sick and she needs that job, so she's going to do whatever the fuck she can.

Speaker 2:

This is the only producer that will hire you, Like there's other places you can go to get a job.

Speaker 1:

That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

You don't have to them and you can sue them for doing it without opening your.

Speaker 1:

I know that's it. Yeah, that's a good point right there.

Speaker 3:

Yeah all right, but how about this one on a moment side? Uh, all right. This guy can make your dreams come true, like these these girls.

Speaker 2:

He's the only guy in the world that can make you well as of right now that's the only person you're talking to, that that can put you in a movie then there's a personal decision you got make. Do you wanna?

Speaker 3:

do it or not. That's why I said it's like a line.

Speaker 2:

But what I'm saying is you got your own destiny in your hands. If you wanna go the sleazy, cheap, sneaky way to get there, the fast way to get there, then that's what you do.

Speaker 3:

How many women wanna take the hard route?

Speaker 2:

There's a lot of women in Hollywood that didn't go that route. They did.

Speaker 3:

You're right, but how many of that percentage of who want to have it easy, these are females we're talking about right.

Speaker 2:

Okay. So then don't be mad at it years later. In trying to sue somebody, you did what you had to do. He got you the role because that's what you all agreed on. He got you that role. Now you're a big-time movie star, making millions, living the 1% life, and you turn around and sue him. He took advantage of me 30 years ago.

Speaker 1:

That sounds like bullshit to me, was it a while ago? I didn't know.

Speaker 2:

A while ago oh.

Speaker 1:

Weinstein you're talking about. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, you got Weinstein.

Speaker 2:

And then lo and behold.

Speaker 1:

Where's he at? Did they put him away?

Speaker 2:

No, he went to jail. You know. All the charges got reversed.

Speaker 1:

So how does he go to jail and then McMahon gets on or McMahon's getting clout on Rogan's podcast?

Speaker 3:

It wasn't a criminal. She's suing him for money. It's not a criminal trial Okay, okay, okay.

Speaker 2:

Even that's bullshit to me. When you can sue somebody, it should be if somebody did you wrong, it should be criminal charges, and after you found them guilty for the criminal charges, then you can be able to sue them for money. You shouldn't be able to just suit for money flat out.

Speaker 3:

The thing about that case is it was already done and settled, but he didn't come through with that amount of whatever type of amount they agreed on that day and he didn't come through. Number one, and I told you that the pro wrestling guy had outed her name.

Speaker 2:

If y'all had a deal in place her to do all this freaky shit and you'll pay her blankety blank, then she did the freaky shit. You need to pay her Something like that. You know what I mean. But once she gets paid for doing that, she then can't turn around and sue you saying he made me do this. If a motherfucker can't put a gun to your head or beat your ass, you shouldn't do it. If you don't want to do it Something like that, do it.

Speaker 1:

So what's that? You're right, that's true, that's true. At the same time, when you're the boss of the company and you got a little underlink and she's brand new and shit, and you know.

Speaker 2:

She's still an adult and she knows right from wrong. She's probably telling her girlfriends yeah, the boss of the company is on me.

Speaker 3:

I know they're done with that shit. Well, my thing is why he just can't go to the massage parlor like my man did.

Speaker 2:

The owner of the fucking Patriots. He didn't even get in trouble for that. Anybody else, get fucking kicked out of the league, banned all this shit. He's just like okay, go ahead and do your own thing.

Speaker 1:

I mean massage parlor. I don't see it. I mean he's married.

Speaker 2:

Again, I see something with the marriage thing. If you're going, maybe there and you're married, but but he got caught in a sting operation that's not just like you don't remember that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I didn't know it was a sting, though it was a sting operation.

Speaker 2:

It'd be like fucking me standing next to the owner of the page who's getting caught in a sting operation and fucking wishy-washy, fucking looking for a happy ending name. That's why, If you go on a massage parlor then that's your own business. But once it's a sting operation and you get caught and they know who's going to he's trying to pay the girl to fucking do some extra shit, then he should have got the same amount.

Speaker 1:

He should have got the penalized the same if a player would have done that shit and got Okay, yo those things let me just tell you like that's, like it's not even a secret in like America, it's definitely known, right, it's like a secret that they don't want to talk about.

Speaker 2:

But it ain't a secret to us. It's a secret to the females. I don't think they really know like.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but nobody like right. I mean, I'm completely I don't know if it's a culture thing over there that that's why they come over here and do it and they're just practicing their cultural you know, norms. Or it goes back to like. I think it may go back to like wars, like I don't know, even Vietnam they're not Vietnamese, but even Vietnam, like that's what it was about.

Speaker 2:

They'd be over there in warhouses getting taken care of. I think the United States and females want to put a bad rep on us, so they want to make us believe that all these these these massage therapists are doing it against their will. They're sex slaves, they're taking advantage. That's what they want us to believe they're doing, and and that's why they put the frown on it. You know what I mean. They want to believe. But yeah right, these same girls are giving massages, probably going to the mall shopping, having a good old time.

Speaker 1:

Nobody making them do that yeah, now the deshaun watson thing he had those girls in his head. They're like see, there's differences. From my experience, my limited experience, you got the asian joints and then you got like actual massage, licensed massage therapists that are going to like people's houses and if they're really good, they're probably got to be really hot and really good and that's what that deshaun brought like a bunch of them in there and was like trying to get him to do and like no, they was doing and they knew what time it was.

Speaker 2:

He was probably grabbing these girls over back page when back page was running. Yeah, I think I don't know.

Speaker 1:

If that's the case then then he no these weren't like.

Speaker 3:

These are not legit yeah, see, that's some.

Speaker 1:

That's some, because I didn't know that. They make it seem like these innocent ass little massage therapy. They just got out of yale and shit for the massage therapy no these same girls you can find online.

Speaker 2:

Fucking give them a couple extra dollars. They fucking showing the ass pictures and shit like that, like yeah, that's ridiculous, so that's bullshit, that's bullshit all right, that was part two.

Speaker 3:
