On this episode Cam jumps on for Camisode #4. Cam gives some updates on both some family stuff and the gym. Some reminders on different group classes throughout the summer and about looking into some new equipment. Cam also does a segment of his gym pet peeves to give everyone something a little lighter and hopefully sort of funny.
