In this episode we dive into the importance of sleep and how it can affect well-being. We are chatting to Julie Wright, Founder of WeSleep, a wellness business focused on sleep improvement. The business provides sleep coaching to Businesses and individuals.  Julie is a London-based wellbeing wellness entrepreneur, former entertainment media and tech professional who transformed her career path to become a sleep coach and natural health educator. She is an advocate for natural solutions and pill-free therapies to achieve better sleep. Julie's clients are large corporations, start-ups and SME’s such as  agencies, media and entertainment companies, banks, financial companies, festivals, conferences, non-profit, education, government organisations. And she also supports insomniacs one-to-one with private consultations.

Julie is a published author of “The Natural Sleeper: A Bedside Guide to Complementary and Alternative Solutions for Better Sleep” [Tiller Press / Simon & Schuster]. Book also available in most bookstores in English, French and Portuguese.

She also has been a World Sleep Day Ambassador since 2017 and I am CBT-i Certified (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) from Sleep Science school.
