Sound of silence is a downloadable pause. An experimental podcast that records the silence that arises between people.Each episode is around 2 minutes and 45 seconds in length and features a very special guest.Only 100 episodes will be recorded and the collected silence will then be turned into an interactive gallery exhibit.

This episode's guest is Nonnie Peifer. Nonnie was born in 1930 in Sydney Australia where as a teenager she was plucked off the street to become an actress and a model. In the late 1940s and early 1950s she starred in the films "Bitter Springs" and "Into the Straight" with Charles Tingwell, George Randall and Muriel Steinbeck. She moved to England with her husband and children in 1963 and describes herself as a "pleasure girl." Recorded in Esher, Surrey.
