I hope everyone is enjoying their week. Have you ever heard of this idea of Shenpa?
This idea about not getting hooked into another person or situation in anger, sadness frustration or even joy. It is amazing how many times in a week you may notice how hooked up you get. I have been doing this practice and learned a ton about myself and it has made me stronger and more self compassionate.
