We got to talk with Ryan Birch a marketing and recruiting expert that has a passion for showing off the industry.
With 15 years of experience in the Civil industry within his families excavation business, he later moved over to Buesing Corp in Phoenix AZ where he helped their team bring in quality people and help build the awesome culture they have there.
Being in recruiting there, he knew that it wasn't only about showing off what work they were doing but to also show who they were and why the work was important. What was the purpose of what they did.
We loved talking about this subject because it is the purpose of Eagle Eye too.
