010 - Inspiring Veterans to Inspire the Future Veterans (Featuring Ricky and the Boss)
Today there is a massive gap between the veterans of the industry and the young guys who will grow into that role. We aren't teaching the young guys as much as we need in general.
There are companies however like JMK Developers who have made it their main goal to use young guys to produce amazing results. These young guys do not know everything and that's the point. How could they if they didn't have the opportunity to learn.
We sit down with the young guys in JMK to talk about their experience and how their dad has changed the way they do business to influence young guys into becoming the best versions of themselves.
We hope to inspire the older guys and gals in the industry to be a part of the mentoring that is greatly needed in this industry.
