So it's funny because I was, my daughter went to some anime con staying down in Boynton and so I ended up staying overnight so that I didn't have to like drive back and forth because it was like an hour drive. But anyway, so I'm walking around and I'm like, wow, it's pretty windy. And then

where we went to go to this park just to kind of look you know look around and chill and I'm like wow there's leaves and branches all over the place and like I bet you my pools are going to be trash and guess what they were so that's why I'm in my car because things were trashed and pools that were usually easy and not so dirty were the opposite of that today.

A lot of people are gonna start to take notice of you.

because you're a little bit unique. You go the extra mile. You're a little bit of a perfectionist, is that correct? You have OCD or you're, yeah. So that's what people like about you. When you perform your service, you always go the extra mile. You always do the extra things that normal people are, most people won't do, if you get what I mean. So because people are liking the way you work, people are liking the way you perform and people like that you're consistent, you show up.

It's going to be five years of really hard work. It's going to be five years of, you know, really, really hard work. So my best advice is to prioritize your energy.

scheduling, managing your time properly, maybe bringing in some people that you trust that could help you as well, because you can't do everything on your own, okay? You are a very high functioning individual, which is a blessing, but let's get realistic. When it comes up to working more, you want more work, you want more business, you're gonna have to have some people to help you out.

I feel like what you do is you try to focus on way too many things at one time and you get yourself burnt out and frustrated. Is that correct? So what I want you to do is try to do one thing at a time and don't be afraid of hiring help or asking for help from people you trust so you can get the job done properly without feeling so burnt out. It's going to be five years of really intense hard work honey, but you will create opportunities for yourself.

Okay. So, um, you're very kind, sweetheart. You're very kind. You, um, you have a big heart and you want to make everybody happy. You want everybody to be on the same page. Um, you're pretty easy going. Um, but you do need to get, when it comes up to owning your own business, sometimes you work very hard for what you created. Remember that. So sometimes you got to get a little firm what people that might be lacking. You got to be able to express, you got, you got to work on that throat chakra.

You've got to work on that throat chakra and that communication. You don't need to, um, communication skills when it comes up to working with individuals, it's hard, it's not easy. Um, but being able to verbalize your needs, your thoughts, your desires, and your expectations is crucial in this business. So if there's something you're not comfortable with girl, you've got to say it.

It's not that the person doesn't want to, it's just they don't know. They're still learning. It's not their fault. I feel like this person has a lot of potential and everybody could be on the same page to help this company grow bigger and bigger, which I do see that happening trust in the process. It's going extremely well and it's only going to get bigger and better.

but everybody needs to be on the same page. Everybody needs to work at the same speed and function. And if somebody's lacking a little bit, not doing what they're supposed to be doing, not focusing enough, you're the one that needs to be able to say it.

because you are the head of the company. Is that correct? Yes. So don't be afraid to verbalize your desires and your goals and your needs in the company, okay?

So if any of you listening wants to invest into property, if anybody that is here that is saving and working hard to invest into real estate, property, buying a business, the middle of 2024, you'll have a very short period to get that done because it's not gonna be for long. The interest rates will drop a lot and then of course go right back up. So take advantage of it, get yourself prepared.

Get your bank account prepared, get your papers prepared, get everything prepared if this is something you wanna do. Take advantage of it in the middle of 2024 because it's not gonna be for long. It's gonna go right back up, unfortunately.

things are going to be pretty hard. But then once may passes, you begin to go into June and July. Everybody's going to be extremely busy. So if anybody does not have the workers, if you guys aren't prepared and you don't have the equipment, you better start investing into your equipment and invest into your workers. That's key. Not so much the advertisement because they're going to find you regardless.

The customers are going to find you regardless. So it's not so much, don't target so much your advertisement, um, target more of being prepared, being equipped, um, handling your guys as employees, making sure everybody's available because you guys are going to need the help more than the advertisement, more than the word of mouth, it's just going to come in, the business is going to come in. You just got to be prepared.
