The Wellshot Hotel in Ilfracombe is an absolutely legendary hotel on the road between Barcaldine and Longreach. Bernie Hogan visits the pub to chat with Tracy Hatch. A former Hotelier of the Year, Tracy runs the pub, is a local councillor and is generally a wonderful advocate for our women hoteliers in regional areas.
