This is to when you feel like things are moving in slow motion. All the work and effort you’ve put in and continue put in isn’t showing itself how you expected. Sometimes the greatest thing we can do is just stay patient.

I can’t recall if patience is a topic that is covered amongst the basics of learning the fundamentals when young in Elementary school, High School or even College. Yet I can always remember that one teacher that would seemingly teach the core curriculum, but would throw in their 2 cents of philosophy and give life lessons in the form of multiple innuendoes that had much more meaning to life than we understood at the time. Looking back on it those were the golden nuggets of life that were essential for our journey.

And in this current past season, patience has come up as life tone in various ways. Particularly, when you feel like things are moving in slow motion. All the work and effort you’ve put in and continue to put, isn’t showing itself how you expected. Even though you’re staying the course and staying consistent. Why aren’t things blossoming. Or even when there’s been some delays on the brick building you’ve been laying down and they have yet come to fruition and you’re just….waiting. But what if that waiting period is just the Unvierse telling you to be patient? Could it be we just have to release the expectation of our timeline and let God’s time manifest itself.
