We welcome Rich Simpson to the show! Rich is a Hip Hop artist, part owner of Get Fit at The Well in Havre de Grace Maryland, and a former football player and coach for Bucknell University. He teaches fitness classes at Get Fit Harford and performs motivational concerts for various groups with his positive music. We had a great time discussing the gym (where I am a member) the benefits of exercise, his performances and much more!
