I've known Jonathan for over 25 years since we worked together at Sprint. Jonathan is smart, hardworking, customer focused, and a great servant leader. He's a Naval Academy grad / military veteran, podcaster, and has recently gotten into voice-over work for audiobooks and corporate projects.
