016. Entering Anorexia Treatment & Developing a Healthy Relationship with Food with Alice Merryweather
Today's episode features World Cup ski racer and mental health advocate Alice Merryweather! Throughout her career (so far), Alice has had several top 15 finishes in the speed events, placed 1st in the downhill at the 2017 World Junior Championships as well as competing in the 2018 Olympic Games! Through all her success as a ski racer, she has reached her biggest challenge yet with developing an eating disorder during the pandemic. She now is a mental health advocate for athletes that are dealing with eating disorders by sharing her experiences and story! Other topics include;
