Living a grateful life is living a less stressed, happier, healthier life filled with satisfaction. Being grateful is such an important leadership quality to have. When you practice gratitude on a daily basis you tend to see the good in life that others miss. It also puts you in a frame of mind to want to make others feel appreciated and let's face it, we all want to feel appreciated. Start practicing gratitude today.
