20 Seconds of Insane Courage: My Story of Overcoming Abuse and Teaching Bravery

In this episode, I talk about the concept of "insane courage" and how it can lead to great things. I then go on to talk about how I teach my sons, especially my 8-year-old, Maximus, about bravery and the importance of standing up for yourself. I also mention how I myself was raised by an abusive stepfather, and how watching an interview with Dana White, who was also raised by a single mother, inspired me to share my story. I also share a clip from the interview with Dana White, where he talks about how his upbringing made him who he is today and how he stood up to a neighbor who used to bully him when he was younger.
