My butterfly lullaby sleep collection is designed to integrate conscious desires with unconscious processes, shift out of unhelpful mindsets and to strengthen the mind and body connection, to achieve greater things in life.
Beautiful bedtime hypnotic meditations, specially crafted, using gentle binaural beats music set at theta brainwave frequency. Metaphor and storytelling style help you to drift off into a deep, peaceful, and transforming sleep.
Reinforcing self-worth and resilience and with a "choose your own adventure style", these meditations use hypnotic therapeutic language and techniques and can be played at night just as you or your child are falling asleep.
Encouraging a gentle drifting off to sleep and sound slumber, and peaceful, easy relaxing of the body and the mind. Each bedtime meditation will fully engage little (or not so little) imaginations, to strengthen concentration and focus, mindful breathing, imagination, and more helpful self-awareness.
Theta and delta music frequency enables the brain to synchronize its own natural rhythm for deep meditational states, creativity, intuition and imagination enhancement, insights, and dream states.
These create better mind and body healing, a boosting of the immune system, inducing deep levels of relaxation, as well as reducing stress and anxiety. Enjoy an enhanced ability to program your mind more helpfully and allow suggestions to be absorbed on a deeper level.
My rapid change audio collection is a series of short mindset-shifting audios designed to help you tap into inner resources to move out of unhelpful states of mind and undesirable behaviours and into more productive and postive states of being.
Clients report that 85% of people who experience hypnotherapy treatments enjoy positive results and the experience can heal specific and targeted issues that require some gentle deep healing and affirmation to resolve. These recordings are not a substitute for therapy and are for entertainment purposes only.

🎄12 Minute Magical Memory Training : The Joys of Christmas Past
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Christmas is just around the corner, and this time of year can be full of mixed feelings, strong emotions, or beautiful and special moments. This makes it a great time of year to anchor ourselves directly into our memory banks and bring back some of the experiences of our past.
With this in mind, this short episode is focused on helping you to improve your memory and your brain health and uses Christmas joy as a wonderful way to kick start this process.
Scientific studies now show us that regularly activating your long-term memory and using your brain´s sensory circuits or meditating really helps to fire up and improve your general, short-term, day-to-day memory functions and capacity.
Engaging your imagination to activate these thinking circuits as frequently as you can, keeps your memory and brain working in an optimum condition. (Jean Houston phd)
In other words, people that spend time each day, remembering their childhood and their past years, actively daydreaming inside of their imagination, or being mindfully fully present in their senses, tend to have a much better working memory than those who don´t spend time using their mind for these activities. ðŸ§
This is a really pleasant, short mind training exercise to help you to stimulate your own memory and activate your imagination along with some of these sensory circuits of neurons in your brain. 😊
Using your focus here to engage your mind and enjoy "reliving" the joys of Christmas past, you can practice stimulating your imagination with some sensory fun.
Remember that neurons that fire together, wire together, so not only is this experience enjoyable but using your mind in this way can be a powerful process, especially when repeated on a regular basis.
When doing this exercise, you may find some parts easier to engage with than others and this may also help you recognize which is your preferred sensory system. (Visual, Auditory or Kinaesthetic - Feelings)
I wonder how easy you will find it to do?
We are aiming for "flashes" of memory and experiences across your brain, rather than the actual stories of memory, as this process of flashing the circuits uses your whole brain and wakes up the processes required for improving your day-to-day memory processing powers.
