  • SAM TAN, Special Envoy for Arctic Affairs, Singapore

The panel is moderated by H.E. Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson, Chairman Arctic Circle and former President of Iceland and Evan T. Bloom, Senior Fellow, Wilson Center Polar Institute; Former Senior U.S. Diplomat in Charge of Polar Affairs.

This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Assembly.
