I’m delighted to welcome Jamie Barber, an incredibly successful individual who has owned and operated many restaurant brands in the UK, including Kitchen Italia, Villandry and Sake No Hana. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Hush Restaurants, Cabana Brasilian Barbecue and Haché Burger Connoisseurs. You may recognise Jamie from BBC television show, My Million Pound Menu - currently streaming on Netflix.
