Why do we do what we do? When it comes down to it, family is one of the reasons that drives us on from a personal and professional point of view. The silver fox, Mr Jim Lewis, joins us to highlight the importance of Youth Talk. A charity that provides confidential psycho dynamic and individual counselling between the ages of 13-25 in St Albans and surrounding areas. It’s good to talk, and Jim’s life story is one that has involved a varied career. Starting out with a long career in teaching, before dabbling in the wine market and a stint in digital marketing, before finding the role he is enjoying most today at Youth Talk. Throughout the episode Jim touches upon his mental health struggles and suffering with Rheumatoid arthritis that meant his life focus needed to realign. In addition to the influence his late Father had on him and why family and people in general are his inspiration.
